Chapter 3: Training maniac

Mike:So,I can get my reward now and all of my money will appear ?
[Exactly ]
Mike:Can I claim only the skill?
[Affirmative]
Mike;Claim the skill.

Immediately after the skill was claimed,Mike entire body froze and he start feeling a headache.
5 minutes later
Mike:Holy Shit,this...is...amazing.I know basic moves ,but the pain...forget it .Can I check skills?
[Affirmative,just say the name ]
Mike:Check CQC.
[Skill:CQC- a close combat skill
Rank 0 - 0/5 (+1 every 30 minutes of training)
Traits:Every level +1 in power and +0.5 in defense ]
Mike:What's defense?
[A hidden stat that increase your body defense , for example a Rank 5 can survive a pistol bullet ]
Mike:Guess I know what I should do now.
Next day.
In the morning ,Mike decided to train his CQC to Rank 2 and gain that boost.
It wasn't that hard,he simply needed to repeat kicks,punches,grabs and dodge ,but the bad part was the fact that he needs to do that for half an hour if he wants to get one xp for the skill.
For the next 10 hours he trained without a pause and successfully gain +1 in power and 0.5 in defense . The next level of CQC needs 10 xp which means another 20 hours of training until he become a Rank 2 in CQC.
Day 3
After another 20 hours of nonstop training,Mike finally raised his CQC skill to Rank 2 and his stats become:

(Any stats that's 0 or 1 wouldn't appear in the status screen)

Mike looked at his stats and smiled.After all the effort he put into his training he become a Rank 3 ,but his defense stat is 5 which means he can block pistol bullets. .
Satisfied with his results , Mike decided that he deserve a sleep.
Day 4
In the morning,Mike woke up happy.
After he did his morning chores and ate his breakfast , Mike start planing his approach towards the STG warehouse.
One hour later the plan was complete:First Mike would take out the guards(if there are guards),Secondly :Mike would enter the warehouse ,after he's inside,he'll take out all the thugs that have weapons(well that means all of them?????) and finally :He would exterminate the STG leaders and steal their money.
Night
Slowly but surely ,Mike sneak towards the warehouse.
Outside , he could clearly see fives guards .
G1:So who gets to be the first?
G2:I was last time so...
G5:I'll be right back , I need to go to ease myself .
G2:Go, but you'll take the first spot.
G5;Fine.
As G5 ,rushed to a corner,Mike sneak behind him and with a quick grab ,he twisted the guard's head, killing him in the process.
After he killed the first thug,Mike decided to lure another one ,but unfortunately the guards smelled something and decided to stay in pairs.
Seeing that he's plan was unsuccessful ,Mike decided to attack with a sneak attack followed by a head on attack.
One minute later one pair start walking away.As they disappear from the last pair view,Mike decided to act quickly and end this fight fast and hopefully without any incidents.
When Mike appeared behind the guards,one of them sensed something and decided to turn around,but as he turned,a knife pierced his gut followed by darkness.
By the time the second guard notice that he's parter fell down,Mike was already with a knife in the guard hearth.
Seeing that he killed both guards,Mike departed from their bodies and decided to rest a few moments .
As he was resting,Mike spotted something that made him smile like crazy.
The thing he saw was a rat.Yes a rat ,that was coming towards him.
One minute later the rat sat down in front of Mike , like a dog.
Looking at the rat,Mike smiled and decided to use the Skaven blessing on it.
Walking in front of the rat, Mike kneel down and put his hand on the rat.Seconds later the rat start glowing and his body changed at a fast speed.
Five minutes later, in front of Mike stood a dwarf like creature.That creature was the first Skaven born on Earth and one of the future nightmare of humankind.
