Lea got up the next morning to the sun shining in her face—she had forgotten to close her curtains the night before. But, that didn't matter too much to Lea. She had soon rolled out of her bed and onto the floor. Lea had already decided to not get changed and just walked downstairs to a surprise—Father cooking Alexia's, Roxen's, and Lea's breakfast.
"Morning Lea." Father said once Lea had made it to the kitchen
"Morning Father." Lea responded.
"How'd you sleep?" Father asked, putting eggs on Lea's plate.
"I slept well. Why do you seem to be in a good mood?" Lea asked curiously.
"Well, I met a girl last night while coming home from the gaming store, and we're meeting up today."
"Oh? Who?" Alexia, Roxen, and Lea asked curiously. Father pulled out his phone and showed them the picture of said girl.
"Well she looks cool." Roxen admitted.
"I wish you two good luck on this meeting up thing." Lea said to Father as he nodded and handed Lea her plate, which had eggs and bacon. Father then handed Lea a glass of orange juice as she sat down. This definitely was something new Lea had seen—Father was usually passed out drunk on the couch, leaving Lea to make breakfast for Alexia, Roxen, and herself.
"When are you meeting this girl, Father?" Roxen asked.
"In a few hours, son. It'll be when the three of you are in school, more close to the end of your school day." Father responded.
"Alright. Hey Lea, when you're done can you take me to my friend's house?" Alexia asked Lea, putting her plate in the sink.
"Of course, sis." Lea responded, drinking her orange juice.
"Cool. Thanks for breakfast Father!" Alexia ran up to her room to get her stuff.
"Hey! No running!" Father scolded the running brown-haired tween.
Lea, who had just finished a few hours worth of homework, lay on her bed peacefully listening to music on her phone. Her pink wired earbuds shone brightly in the evening sun's glare as she lay there, warping herself into her own world. That is, until the sounds of loud moans could be heard from her father's bedroom. Lea sighed and grabbed a drawstring bag, packing what she could into it. She then grabbed her phone, slid the bag onto her back, put on her shoes, and left the house for a calming walk.
The weekday evening sun shone brightly as it was setting down. Lea walked a path full of leaves as her music continued to play through her earbuds. The howling sounds of Lea's music drifted her into her own world—as if she'd been staring in her own music video. She could feel creativity come at her—once she tapped her foot onto the ground, the ground became a different color. The ground had graffiti like drawings on it, making them pop out. Lea smiled. When it came to creativity, she felt as though she was the most powerful person—girl—in the world.
Soon, the song had come to an end, and Lea turned around and walked home—as if her story, her music video, had just ended.

The night stars shone brightly in the night sky as an adult woman walked around, freeing herself from her home. She'd soon be moving to a completely different area and thought it would be nice to absorb the scenery of her home town one last time. She sat down on a bench and looked up, seeing a familiar walking girl with blonde hair. At least, she felt familiar to the woman. She couldn't help but feel like this person was apart of her life, somehow. The woman couldn't really pinpoint it, if at all.
…oh well. Maybe it'll come to her mind someday.
Right?
