Ray's prov
"did i not turn off all the lights? but i clearly remember turning that one off? Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. Gosh, so tired.
Let's not think too much about it and should take a hot shower first and after that make dinner. "
She threw her coat and bag on the sofa and went to her room to get her night suit. Suddenly a blow of wind stopped her at her track . It was not a harsh blow but a soft and soothing one , which on a normal day , would calm anyone down, but today sometime was off. The clock was ticking so loudly or was it because of the dead silence of the house. Everything seems to be paused as if its in a movie. She thought about turning her head towards the window, that she just closed and was the source of the soft wind.
Her mind was screaming at her to not turn her head around. Along with the ticking of the clock, another sound filled the dead silence of the house, her heartbeat. Her heart was pounding so loudly that it was turning her deaf, she thought that she could not hear anything else, but then she heard rustling of leaf outside her house.
Million thoughts were running in her head at that moment as she tried to rationalize things.
Ray's pov
"How in the world is this possible, I just closed that Window and now its open again? Did i really closed it? Am I hallucinating or something? but I just closed it! or maybe not? and what is that sound? why am I not able to turn around? why I am so scared? and what am I scared of? Ahhhhhh..... its just making me crazy, should just check it".
Slowly she turned her head around and her body froze. All the blood from her body drained out. Her legs started to feel numb and she fell on the ground. Someone was standing behind her window and a note was pasted on her window stating " Don't worry honey, you will be fine, I am here ." but the thing was written with blood.
She couldn't see the person or whoever it/he was as it was dark in that area but one thing she did knew was that , that the person was smiling...
