Chapter 2: The Day After
The day after the dream of the dragonbees I had another dream. The dream was actually not that scary. I dreamed that we were tranported to Candyland. We of course means me and my friend. My friend for some reason always appears in my dreams. My friend of course has the name of Chark. Chark has eyebrows. Now back to the dream, we were playing in a life sized Candyland. We ate all the candy we wanted and then slept. It sounds weird to sleep in a dream yet it happened. My friend Chark decided that we should finish the game instead of frolicking around. I agreed and we played until for some reason the football friend appeared. We then decided to frolick around with our new friend instead of finishing the game. A new friend kept appearing when we were close to ending the game and so we had to frolick with the newbie instead of finishing the game. This cycle continued until I died. It was a normal death due to diabetes. Quite normal for one that lives in Candlyland.
I remembered everything as I once again lived in Candyland. I died and still was in Candyland. How peculiar. Some might ask how then did you get out of the dream. Well you see I then repeated the cycle for a millenia and then another. It was now the Showa era in Candyland. The candies were now fighting back. They were fighting back because they did not want to be eaten anymore. The candy even hired the dragonbees to win the war. Unfortunately for the candies the dragonbees liked candy more than human flesh. The candies of course could not run out as it was Candyland. The dragonbees slowly evolved into a more human form. They had wings, scales, and beautiful eyes. They even had heterochromia and short hair. There were males and females that started a human like new civilization. Their status was decided by their fighting ability and hair length. The loser of a fight had to shave their hair. The winner was given a hair growth serum to become a member of the higher class. Once the hair got long enough to affect a dragonbee's ability to fight they would cut it. This led to the stabilization of their classes. The longer your hair was that did not impede your ability to fight was stabilized as everyone had their own optimal hair length.
