Chapter 1: Adventure Starts
Opening my eyes, the first thing I see is pure darkness. Trying to remember how I got here I felt a piercing pain in my head.
Trying to grab my head I realize that I don't have any hands. Now I was seriously freaking out before it was just dark but now, I'm missing two of my limbs.
While I was freaking out, I didn't notice and a weird silhouette standing a few meters in front of me.
(?) "Cough"
Hearing a coughing sound, I stop and turn to see what made the noise. There I didn't see anyone, no what I saw was the outlining of a person.
(?) "Are you done freaking out."
It said to me, but I could only dumbly nod my head.
(?) "Good, now let's get down to business, you are an anomaly. You are no longer bound by the Ring of Reincarnation. This means that the world you get placed into next you are technically able to do anything which includes things that go against the world laws." Stated the outline.
Going over what it said I became excited but at the same time a bit concerned. I'm not in a normal situation and don't need to follow the rules of a world so it may just destroy me.
(Zero) "So, from what I'm getting from you is that I'm dead but, not how its normally supposed to be."
(?) "That's correct… you seem a lot calmer than you were just moments ago."
(Zero) "I am or was an avid novel reader, so I've read about situations like these before. Also, I don't really like how the world works and don't have anyone dear to me. So sorry if I didn't give you the reaction you wanted but nothing really happens if I die in my past world."
(?) "Well, that's a relief you spare me the explanation. Also, no need to be concerned, we only destroy those who are evil and would bring about destruction. Not to mention we have no authority on those who've escaped the cycle of reincarnation so even if I wanted to, I couldn't destroy you."
(Zero) "Sigh" Having heard that I won't be getting destroyed I inadvertently let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
(Zero) "That's reassuring but, what's going to happen to me now."
( ?) "Well as people breaking out or the ring isn't very common, we tend to try and negotiate with them so that the world they go to doesn't get destroyed in exchange for a few benefits. You get three wishes.
Hearing its words, I couldn't help but be excited. If I had a body I would be jumping up and down. Speaking about my body I realized after his initial words that I'm probably in a soul like state, so I don't have a body.
(Zero) "GREAT! Deep breath, Deep breath." I need to calm down first. I don't even know what world I'll be placed into. I need to know so I can smartly choose my wishes.
(Zero) "Can you tell me what world I will be put into and if I will keep my memories?"
( ?) "Oh, yes you'll keep your memories, you'll be transmigrated into the world and as for the world itself you'll tell me what kind of world you want to go into, and I'll decide whether to allow it or not."
(Zero) "Ok, then can I go to fictional worlds."
( ?) "You mean like anime, novels, movies and other stuff like that then yes."
(Zero) "Ummm, can I go to the pokemon world."
( ?) "That's unexpected, why did you choose that world."
(Zero) "Well based on what you said those who broke out of the ring can't go to a world where they'll gain a lot of strength, so I chose one where the persons' strength comes from an external source."
(?) "Well you're not wrong but that's not the real reason right. Go on tell me the real reason." It said with what I believe is a smirk on its face.
(Zero) "Sighhhh" Letting out a sigh I answer its question.
(Zero) "My waifu is in the Pokemon world."
(?) "HAHAHAHAHA, I knew it, that's the main reason you people use to choose the world you'll be going to. Also, I'll provide you with a pokemon as long as it's not legendary, mythical or extremely rare."
(Zero) "Oh, that helps out a lot. Ok, let me think for a bit."
(?) "Okay, but hurry up I have matters to deal with you know."
(Zero) "Ummm, I got it. My first wish is to have a world, something like a reality marble where I can store all of the pokemon I'll catch."
(?) "Wow, that's something I didn't expect. Though I see where you're coming from. Ok, I'll grant that for you."
(Zero) "Great now my second wish I want a system but not like those used before. I want one that will make the world a bit more like the game. With the system I'll be able to see all my Pokémon's moves, their stats, exp requirement, I'll also receive money from winning against trainers, also include a bag with infinite storage like in-game as well as its own Pokedex."
(?) "So, in short, you want a system that mirrors the game menu. That'll take a bit of work but it's manageable."
(Zero) "Good now my third wish is for psychic powers. You know how in the Pokemon world there are people who are psychic as well as aura users and many other things. Well, I want psychic powers, not only will it be convenient, but it'll also help me during battles since I'll be able to give orders telepathically."
(?) "Ok, I'll be able to grant you all of your wishes. Now tell me what pokemon you want."
(Zero) "I want a Ralts."
(?) "Ralts? Why?"
(Zero) "Gardevior is one of my favorite pokemon."
(?) "Ok. There done I've granted your wishes and gave you a Ralts egg that will be in you pokemon option in your system once you appear in the pokemon world. I've altered how the world works a bit, so you don't bulldoze through all the official battles with the same pokemon. For official battles such as Gym battles, Elite four battles, championship, and other league battles you will only be able to use pokemon that fulfill a requirement. They must be caught in the region the official battle takes place. Take you Ralts for example, you'll be able to use it in the region you get placed into as that's where it'll have been born/caught but not in any other region not even in Hoenn despite that being its native region."
Hearing all that I became a little disappointed that I couldn't use my maxed Gardevior in all regions but then I thought that I'll be more of a challenge this way.
(Zero) "Alright, I'm ready to go whenever."
(?) "Fine now you just have to design your body and tell me when and where you want to appear in the world, and you'll be ready to go."
(Zero) "Place me in the Kanto region in the forest near Pallet Town a year before canon begins."
(?) "Ok, also your psychic powers will be in relation to the strength of your Ralts. You two will be bonded through souls making you two even closer than blood-related siblings."
After having said that the silhouette swiped its hand and I got engulfed in white light. Opening my eyes, I find myself in a white room with three screens in front of me.
'Ok let's design my body so I can start my journey to the top.'

Zambie I have the team thought out for the Kanto region. Two will permanently remain on the team while four will be interchanged based on region.
The pokemon I have are these types.

Fairy
Ground
Poison
Fighting
Water
Fire
I want the 6th one to be ghost, dark or flying.
Preferably one native to Kanto or Johto.
Also, can someone explain base stats to me? PLZ. From what I've read a newly hatched pokemon can have over twenty base stat but I don't know what it really means.
