my name is Ryu, I was typical nobody who love anime and dreamed of going to another world with cheat ability gaining a big harem, and living my whole life freely.
but who could have thought I would end up like this?
I died by truck and was reborn in a fairy tale world but without any cheating or meeting with god, or even magic power.
born as a normal person I lived 18 years in this world the first period of my life was wonderful living with loving parents peaceful life.

* in the start of the development of the usage of magic power there were two breaches one is magic and the other is magical ability.
Magic is used by exerting Magic Power as a wide variety of spells or by focusing it on an external source, it requires knowledge construction.
while innate magical ability is used by exerting innate concept to an exentral source, innate ability doesn't require any training and can be used naturally.
awakening innate magical ability is awakening a concept related to the soul nature.
as such only one per 100,000 mages awaken innate magical.
normal humans without magic power don't have the innate magical ability as only the contract magic power and soul create an innate concept.
but this undeniable fact has been overcome by genius me.
As the last magic ability user, I perfected this grimoire with my last power.
for those who can read this, if they are mages their innate magical ability would awaken making all their abilities develop into other stages
the normal human with no magic power would be granted any magical ability they want (not omniscient level power) and average mage's magic power so please write the desired ability(don't worry after writing the ability name the grimoire would read your thought for details).
Please note yourself that normal human who achieve innate magical abilities wouldnt be able to use any kind of magic except one who completly fit his innate concept.
