Chapter 2: Abandoned House
"What the fuck! What kind of shifty cultivation talents is this!" Shen Huo exclaimed out in frustration, as he started cursing.
"This is basically like telling me that I'm not different than a commoner." Shen Huo shouted.
A person initial spirit power rank when they first awakened their spirit essence, it measures the level of growth their spirit essence could exhibit.
The higher the ones spirit power rank during their first spirit awakening, the more talented they are at cultivating, and the more faster they at training their spirit essence when compared to normal spirit master.
"If I ever managed to have ascend and reached the God's Realm. I will fucking come and knock on your front door, looking for you, King Yama." Shen Huo said, as he raises a fist towards the heavens, giving off a middle finger to the sky.
He is implying, 'King Yama, you can go fuck yourself.'
Now with all that said and done, Shen Huo then walked down the empty alley way, searching for an abandoned house to shelter himself.
He luckily founds an abandoned house, within seconds. The door hinge was completely broken.
The surface of the wood that made up the door has almost completely turned green. With broken splinters, and rough wood texture, the old door is beyond repairable.
'This place should do for now.' Shen Huo thought to himself.
He placed his hand on the old wooden door, and it immediately collapses. The only metal hinge it has left, that kept the door hanging, has become dislodged from the wall.
The old broken door then falls down, it almost fell on top of him, but Shen Huo was extremely quick witted. So he had already expected this beforehand, considering the state of the door, and immediately moved out of the way of the falling door.
"Tch!" Shen Huo clicked his tongue, showcasing his strong sense of dissatisfaction.
The broken down door then falls flat on the ground with a thud. It let out a loud noise.
After a while, only silence soon follows, and Shen Huo was left all alone to himself. His heart was beating fast, it echoes inside his ears.
"It looks like the place has been left abandoned for quite sometime. There are even cobwebs here." Shen Huo said, as he then enters the small brick house.
The abandoned house was quite small, only by 2 to 3 meters in length, fit enough to fit a single person living here.
"It's a single room. There is no bedroom or kitchen. The window is just an opened square in the wall. It's completely barren of any furniture." Shen Huo spoke to himself, with some dissappointment.
"What's there to be expect, it's an abandoned house, after all..." Shen Huo said so to himself.
Shen Huo sighs.
"Wait a minute! These rusty metal door hinges can still be salvageable." Shen Huo commented, having come up with an idea.
'The iron metal door hinge has alot of rust on it, but if I were to file down the rust and sharpen it with a whetstone. It can become an almost nearly useable pocket knife.' Shen Huo thought.
He took out the two rusted old metal door hinges, and placed them inside his pockets.
Shen Huo found an empty space in the abandoned house. He sat in the dark corners of the room, away from the opened window and broken door.
He sat down crosslegged in a lotus position, with his hands resting on each ends of his knee. Shen Huo is attempting secluded meditation.
He closes his eyes and embrace the darkness. The paste of his breathing then slows down a bit.
'Shen Huo, remember how to meditate and cultivate by absorbing spirite power.' Shen Huo talked to himself, as the method of meditation he used, he read from martial art manhua's and Xianxia novels as reference.
Shen Huo then slowly started to inhale through his nose, gently exhaling through his mouth; continuous inhalations and faint exhalations that, in the end, became a splendid cycle.
He completed a full cycle of twenty breaths, and a faint warmth feeling then starts to permeates throughout his abdomen region.

Bit by bit, strands of spirit power began to gradually fill up his small spiritual sea.
After a nights worth of secluded cultivation, his small spiritual sea is filled up to the brim with numerous strands of spirit power. Shen Huo is nearing the tiping point of breaking through to the next level.
His small spiritual sea began to vibrate intensely, as spiritual energy rapidly began to pour in from the outside of Shen Huo's body.
The borders of the small spiritual sea inside of Shen Huo's body expanded by an inch or two, and the quality of his spirit power increased by a bit.
Shen Huo's spirit cultivation base is alleviated by one sub level.

'This is only just the beginning. Just you wait, King Yama. I'm coming for you.' Shen Huo showed a determined look, as he continues his secluded cultivation.
