Harry who had been hiding behind a tree suddenly jumped out at the chance of defeating the Dark Lord, but his expectation was destroyed as the moment he revealed himself Voldemort attacked disarming him.
"After all these years, you are once again at my mercy" Voldemort spoke with a cold voice as he prepared to kill Harry.
"Snape, help me" Harry called out to Snape who was standing behind Voldemort with the rest of his followers.
Snape didn't move or even gave Harry a look of sympathy, it was just a cold gaze that made Harry think; Draco and Theodore glanced at each other before looking at Snape and Harry.
"You bastard!" Harry shouted out" You were always on his side, did Edwin set this up"
With the mention of Edwin's name Theodore and Draco flinched as they looked around but they weren't the only ones to do so; in the group of followers, there was someone that Edwin didn't know a tall man with short blond hair and a silver arm.
"My lord we shouldn't waste time," The man said as he used the Cruciatus curse to torture Harry.
Voldemort looked down at Harry who was screaming in pain and said "you are right Avada Kedavra" the green light from Voldemort's wand hit Harry's forehead and in an instant, his body went limp.
"Severus you have done your job well," Voldemort said patting Snape shoulder" whatever it is you need just ask and you shall receive my loyal servant"
"I just wish to continue to sever you my great master" Snape replied
"lets us be on our way," Voldermort said as he covered himself in soak and the rest called their brooms,
"We should bring the body with us," the blond hair man said looking at Harry" it will crush them"
"Sid, very well bring his body," Voldemort said as he flew up with the rest of his followers but Draco and Theodore who stayed behind to look at Harry.
Edwin looked at him Grandfather who could take his eyes off of the Sid, and without notice, Asen took off the cloak and rush towards Sid who was just above Harry's body.
Asen disarms Sid and was about to attack him but Draco and Theodore defended him by attacking Asen who easily deflected the spell and was about to return fire.
Edwin barely caught his bearing rushed out shouting" no don't" trying to stop his grandfather from killing them and while shouted Edwin used a chant-less spell to knock them out of the way from Asen's unknown spell.
"Leave him to me" Asen shouted out as he chased after Sid who recovers his wand.
Edwin truly didn't know what to do about his friends, if it was anyone else he would have killed them without worry" Goodnight" Edwin said looking at the two gettings up.
"Goodnight!" Draco shouted out picking his wand up.
Edwin tighten his grip on his wand and prepared to attack," Please don't make me do this" Edwin muttered to himself looking at the angry Draco.
"Goodnight? You tried to burn my fuckin house down" Draco shouted out and Edwin relaxed he was angry about him setting fire to his home.
"In my defense, it was an accident," Edwin said giving them a shrug.
"so you're still death eaters, "Edwin asked Taking his ring back from Harry and opening it.
"Don't change the topic" Theodore added in.
"Lootin' the dead, how low have you gone," Draco said looking at Edwin.
"Shouldn't we help your grandfather?" Theodore asked looking at the forest being destroyed.
"Nah he's strong," Edwin said even though he has never seen Asen fight.
"What are you doing," Theodore asked as Edwin open the ring to reveal a black stone, while Edwin was getting ready to revive Harry Theodore stopped him" Edwin he's dead, there is nothing you can do"
"Just stop and listen" Draco hissed as he grabbed Edwin's hand.
"We're sorry, "Theodore said looking Edwin in the eye," My father told me that you tried to save him, even after he tried to kill you"
"don't worry about it," Edwin said wondering how he should revive Harry; Do I have to push it in his mouth or just put it on him. Edwin simply placed the ring Harry's left hand and used his right to cover the black stone, while he places his hand on Harry's neck to feel for a pulse.
"You know you two are terrible death eaters" Edwin stated looking at his two friends who seem upset" how about you switch sides and join me"
"Edwin it's over Harry's dead," Draco said looking down" but we'll try out best to protect you and your family"
"Yeah you could go to America or Japan, the war will take a while to reach there" Theodore added in but Edwin paid no mind to them as he suddenly felt a pulse.
"Do you wanna know why I said your terrible death eater?" Edwin said looking at the two" it's because you left me to revive the person who's going to kill the dark lord"
"What" the two exclaimed as Harry got up in surprise.
"I did no CPR" Edwin quickly stated as he felt Harry's gaze.
"Why didn't you tell me" Harry didn't notice or care about Theodore and Draco.
"It's was easier," Edwin said as he looked at Draco and Theodore who gave him a slight nod" lets according to Draco we have to go before Tom starts killing the mudbloods"
"What?" Harry questioned and Edwin gave him a story about how the two of them were spying with Snape who didn't actually betray him.
Before they would go back to Hogwarts Edwin went to see if Asen was okay, in a clearing of the forest where trees were knocked over and small fires were going Asen was in the middle holding Sid down with his foot.
"This is for my son," Asen said as Sid Bones began to twist and turn to transfigure him into something else slowly. Edwin never thought this was the day where Lockhart crazy story would become true
