Currently, they're in the third phase. The command will take hold of hostages inside the Central City Mall, with an attack on Fenglu Street and Wu Family consecutively.
In their fourth phase, the mall will be detonated using a large amount of C4 Explosives, shifting the attention on rescuing hostages. After that, all ten units, of 70 devotees, will be en-route to Southern ring-road expressway to escape.
The last phase of their mission is to expose the documents stolen from Wu Family via the media to bring the family's reputation down.
But right now, three units of 21 devotees and his trusted aide went missing without reason, which made Xiang Beiming questions about the importance of his mission.
He's suspecting that there's a traitor in their Templar Church, which is the hugest possibility because each step he made met with failure. Of course, that's because Zhang Qin Feng's information is not available in the list of personnel provided by their hirer.
If they managed to guess the possibility of Zhang Qin Feng coming back to Changzhou on the weekend, perhaps a different choice can be made before the start of their operation.
Xiang Beiming hesitates, but with how the situation progressed, there's no turning back. He ordered the devotees to move the hostage together in the main event square before they pack their equipment and ready to leave.

Coincidently, that's where the office of Brilliant Tiger Gate Gang is situated. As Xiang Beiming left the mall with his people and equipment, Zhang Qin Feng is walking over to the other side of the car to hold Luo Qing.
"Yue Qiang?" Xiang Beiming stares at his kill target. At the same time, Yue Qiang is wondering why there's a group of people with firearms out here.
"Xiao Feng! It's the terrorist!" Yue Qiang's shot bought two seconds worth of time for them to escape.
And Yue Han bought then two more seconds.
"Fire!!!" Xiang Beiming pointed at the car with three people, where 28 devotees immediately aim their rifles at Zhang Qin Feng's group.
"Vroom!" Yue Han's quick action knocks down three out of 28 devotees, with his hand pressing on the honk.
"Han!!!" Yue Qiang knows that they're doomed this time. With Yue Han's car stalled beside a lamp pole, all of them is a sitting duck.
The first round of bullets swept over their car, leaving patterns like beehives everywhere.
