Chapter 3: Vie
The sound of a trumpet woke up the entire dorm at 4am in the morning.
"blast it....what the hell" Marbel yelled
"ok ladies wake up... time for your early morning drill" Lira announced
The trainees all gathered in the training field.
"You will all pick a partner, male and female... note that you'll be partners with who ever you choose till the training is over" Fox noted
Kiana starred around wondering who she would pick the other girls found it easy to pick
"hi, am Tyler"
"hi" Kiana said turning to see a tall pale looking guy, with dark hair standing behind her.
"well am looking for a partner...." Tyler said
"Oh, am Kiana we can be partners" Kiana smiled
"uh..great" Tyler said walking off
"owk" Kiana said surprised as she watched him walk away
"can't believe you chose him, his like a class one weirdo" Marbel noted
"just finding out" Kiana said forcing a smile to her face and going after Tyler
"I suppose you all have picked your partners...so lets begin" Fox announced
After a stressful training Kiana walked round the field, she brought out her cell and stared at the screen for a while, she was contemplating if she should call her mother or not she hadn't spoken to her in a year.
"are you okay?"Terri asked
"gosh... don't sneak up on me" Kiana said
"am sorry, you should probably give her a call..." Terri said
"Told you not to read my mind without my permission" Kiana yelled
"sorry"Terri said and disappeared
"ha!" Kiana sighed, she took a glance of the field and sighted Tyler at the far end
"wonder what his up to" Kiana said to herself as the sky turned dark
"hey it's going to rain"Tessy noted
"oh ok" Kiana said turning back to look at Tyler
"um, I will be there in a minute" Kiana added walking towards Tyler
As she got closer, she noticed his eyes where completely dark and focused on a particular direction.
"Tyler?!" Kiana called waking him from his trans just then the sky became bright and the sun was out again...Kiana staggered back she was scared "could that have been a coincidence" she taught
"Hi" Tyler smiled
"uh! hi" she said
"you wanted to see me?" he asked
" um! no...not really...I mean.. it was about to rain so.." Kiana stammered
Tyler starred at the sky for a while and smiled " was it?" he said
"yah... I better get back" Kiana replied
"Ok..." he said watching Kiana walk towards the dorms " don't think much about what happened" Tyler noted
Kiana turned back shocked, she starred at Tyler as he resumed his position and the sky became dark again
Kiana went into her dorm and sat on her bed... the fact that she was terrified was written all over her face.
"Hey girl, you look like you been chased by a ghost" Marbel said while Amber took a pic of her.
"it's nothing, am just tried" Kiana replied lying on her bed
"your partner is a real weirdo...his sitting out there and it's raining, hope he doesn't get sick" Tessy noted
"told you he was a class one weirdo" Marbel said but Kiana paid no attention as she closed her eyes.
Kiana found her self in another world, everyone was in chaos, as building crashed and the sound of bomb and explosion filled the air, she starred around as she stood in the middle of the chaos... she sighted Tyler sitting in a corner his eyes dark as before... she heard someone scream her name..she starred around but saw no one..an evil laughter filled her head... She immediately jumped up bumping her head on her bunk ..
"are you okay?" Amber asked
Kiana noticed she was sweating profusely " I think am ok" she said
"hmm, having nightmares?" Marbel asked " are you sure you are okay?" she added
"am fine" Kiana stressed
" you really don't look it" Tessy said "here have some water"
Kiana took the water and starred at it for a while before drinking it. The image of the dream she had flashed in her eyes.
she was confused, why was she having this nightmares again, she had this nightmare before when she was five but it was a bit different, she starred out the window for while then took a deep breath before laying back on her bed.
