Chapter 13: The Pixie
Well, he did want bathwater, and it was good if it was even hot, but he knew one thing for sure, he didn't expect to receive it this early, and like this.
He thought that every summon creature would be akin to a servant, bound to his will, body and soul, with the exception of the Unique summons, but it seems that the mutated summons seems a little bit unique too considering that he just got bathed in hot water, without his orders.
Damian thought, that if for example, what mutated was the kitten and it attacked him with a skill that could kill him, he would for sure die immediately probably not even having time to regret said turning the wheel.
"Hehe, master, you are so funny" said the creature seemingly reading his thoughts
Does it have a mind-reading skill Damian thought.
Without bothering to reply, he used 'Inspect' on the creature.

While Damian examined the pixie, his avatar was keeping on guard watching the pixie for any strange behavior, for now, it keeps on circling on his main body seemingly trying to gain the main body's attention.
Damian examined the pixie's skills, he already knew what 'Aquamarine' does, as for 'Water Arts' and 'Hot and Cold', they are self-explanatory.
Then that would give him, 'Spirit whisperer' and 'Atavism' so he goes to Catalogue to find their definition.

He could only find the definition of the 'Spirit whisperer' and did not find 'Atavism'
It seems that the Catalogue also doesn't have information about mutated skills.
'What are the chances?'
Damian thought what are the chances of summoning a mutated summon, all of its skills are even unranked, and that too not including the conspicuous Mutated skill.
It was a mutated pixie many times stronger than an ordinary pixie, based on its race, it's not even a water pixie anymore, the water is gone on its racial name, it was a mutated pixie, water is just one of the weapons on its arsenal.
He got no choice; he could only ask the pixie itself if it knows something.
As he looks for the pixie, he found the pixie sitting on his right shoulder imitating his previous pose, with its right hand on its chin trying to act like it was thinking deeply.
After a while, the pixie too shifts its head to look at Damian, making them meet eye-to-eye.
After their eyes met, the pixie makes a huge smile like a cute child, as it then began flying around his head as it keeps on calling master.
"Master!" "Master!" "Master!" as Damian heard its voice, he felt something about the pixie, at first, he thought the pixie was a little hostile but it's not it, it was just being playful, and there is also another thing, it was not just the feeling of it being playful...
It seems like the pixie was somewhat showing him affection?
To be sure, Damian started asking the pixie which is currently resting on his head, using his hair as bed as it lay down spread-eagled.
"Why did you drench me in hot water?"
As he questioned the pixie, the pixie suddenly jerked as if startled awake.
It then started flying around him again as if being excited, it then stops and floated in front of him with a proud expression.
"That is, Master! the spirits told me you want to be drench in water!"
The pixie was smiling with a proud expression like a child wanting to be praised, he thought.
"Praise me!" It really did say it.
Now looking at it, it seemed that it really doesn't mean any harm to himself.
As he looks at his body which is currently drenched, the cold should be attacking his body since he was currently drenched, but he doesn't feel any cold. But not only is he not feeling cold, but he was also currently in a comfortable temperature, he was just a little bit discomforted by the fact that he is currently wet… and as he thought so, he suddenly felt the wetness he felt on his body disappear, as if the water on his clothes are being drained.
'What is this?'
"It's the spirits, Master! there are telling me your feelings, master!"
If that is so, then why didn't it say anything when he was doubting the pixie's stance earlier, the spirits should have known that he was wondering if the pixie was hostile, Damian thought.
'Could it be...'
'Are the spirits scared of hurting the pixie's feelings?'
'It couldn't be, that would be too much of-'
"Master! the spirits want to say 'Yes!' Master! I don't know what they mean though~" Says the pixie while pouting.
With an imaginary sigh, Damian left it at that, it seems that the spirits can somewhat read minds.
Damian then look at the pixie and said "Good Work"
As the pixie flies around happily after hearing his praise, Damian is currently having mixed feelings about having spirits around that could somewhat read his mind and he still has many questions for the pixie but he should leave it at that for now.
He found the skill 'Spirit whisperer' really interesting, if he had that skill, then he wondered if he could somewhat learn what Flan is thinking.
Damian thought that it was hard calling the pixie without having a name, he has 1 baptism chance and he wanted to reinforce the kitten for tomorrow.
But still tomorrow at midnight, he would probably gain baptism chances again since he would likely level up again. By that time, he could give it a name then.
Damian then bought two beds worth 150 points each and two pillows worth 20 points each, then looking at the pixie, he then bought a miniature bed worth 50 points.
Also, thinking about the kitten outside, Damian bought a bed for cats worth 30 points.

While Damian was shopping...
"I am Lucius, pixie, please help me too"
Says Lucius looking at the pixie currently flying around with a somewhat self-deprecating smile.
"No Way~" says the pixie playfully.
'Why?'
'Spirits? Why?'
'You should know'
'Could it be...'
"Pixie, do you know who am I?"
As Lucius asked the pixie with a curious smile, the pixie then seemingly took it as a challenge as it stops in front of Lucius.
"Of course! You are Master's twin!" Said the pixie with absolute confidence.
"I see", Lucius thought that it would probably because of the unknown limitations of the 'Spirit whisperer' skill.
"Then, you should treat me better, my brother would probably like you then better too" As Lucius said with confidence too, the pixie came nearer as Lucius grab its curiosity,
"Really?" asked the pixie.
"Of course! Like for example, if you treat me like a brother and I dote on you like a sister, and since Damian and I are brothers, my brother would probably dote on you like a sister too!"
And as if receiving God's revelation, the pixie widened its eyes and smiles brightly.
"You are a genius! brother Lucius!" It then began flying around Lucius as well.
'Yup, the concept of consciousness is really strange'
'This would be the start of an act that I would keep on doing in a lifetime'
'And this would be one of my greatest trump cards'
"Right? brother?"
"Of course, bro-ther..."
