Chapter 14: Experiments Part 1
Kaito and Naruto said their goodbyes to their classmates and walked back home. They all would meet up later at Hinata´s birthday.
It was like that because Kaito completely forgot that school would have a vacation over the winter. So Hinata asking them today was somewhat understandable. As well as Naruto being unhappy about him intensifying the training.
But on the current day, he didn't start anything and first needed to think things through.
That is also why Kaito was currently sitting on his bed and only meditating. His state was actually a disguise since he already created a room with the ID-Create Skill he got after thinking about how to train without being too flashy.
Apparently the skill uses up 50% of his current Chakra to be activated.
*Instant Dungeon Create (LVL 1)*--(Active):
Creates a separate dimension that the user automatically enters. A clone of the user is created and put in a meditative state until the user leaves said dimension. Currently no special options. Time can be adjusted to 1:5 and the user´s body is in tune with the time outside the dimension. Chakra is used as a resource to create the dimension. Cost 50% CP.
Kaito sighed while reading the skill description of his skill tab again.
"It´s really going to be a bummer leveling this skill. It practically says to me to not use it too often. At least five hours here equal one in the real world. What makes me surprised though is that it looks like I don't need to worry about aging too fast..."
Then he looked around.
"Come to think, this place is just a wide green plain with nothing in it..." Looking behind himself he saw a little wooden hut. "Except for that...It kinda reminds me of the time chamber from Dragonball...Urgh, it´s still weird to know stuff that sounds like it comes from some show..."
A short moment of silence before he rubbed his hair furiously. "Damn! Stop thinking crap!"
"For me, it is as real as it can be now...Right, I should get to work. I only got less than 5 hours now to train...", he put a hand to his chin and thought a little.
"How do I even start?"
"Should I focus on Jutsu? But my chakra is still low for my level and already half depleted anyways. And in five hours I won't regenerate enough to practice anything..."
"Maybe chakra control? Sounds good...But I don't have any trees here nor a lake to perform either tree climbing or water walking..."
"Come to think the library in the academy also didn't have any books on that. I guess it is too dangerous because young people could fall from high places or drown. In both cases dying I guess...It looks like since peace came to be a lot of material was put away from the academy."
"Hmm, I also could just train my general attributes...Status."

No wonder The Gamer was only LVL 2 when he was in high school. It is so slow but at least my attributes are growing through my training."
"I should keep it that way until I graduate and see how far I can push those stats. It would be a clear waste using them now."
Thinking a little bit more about how to start time flew by pretty fast. Now with all the information he had in his mind, it was somewhat hard to find a clear start. But he soon nodded to himself.
"Why am I such an idiot. I should build up my foundations first. It is the basis of everything. Even my skills are based on it. My Kenjutsu and Shuriken-Jutsu, for example, are only one aspect of many weapons. If I learned other things like spear-wielding or the bow or something like a whip I would probably learn a higher tier skill that incorporates mastery of weapons in general."

Starring at the new pop up Kaito just blinked a few times.
"Well, that proves it I guess."
"Then the first thing is to strengthen my body and max out my affinities. I can learn Jutsu later and my affinities would help me to improve them anyway."

"Those should be my chakra natures. I wondered already what this meant. So unlike my brother, I am a water type?"
Kaito sighed and then stretched out his head.
"Let´s start with this."
He slowly gathered some chakra at his palm and let it rotate clockwise. It was after all his natural flow. The same applied for him being right-handed and his hair having the root twirl to the right. It was important to take note of that or else you could damage your inner organs while letting chakra flow through you.
At some point, a little whirlwind of chakra gathered on his palm. "And now to the other side..." But at the exact same point when he tried to counter and redirect the flow the chakra dispersed into the air.
"Damn it. It is really hard. No wonder it is an A-Class Jutsu. But I won't just give up! If one hand is not enough then two should do."
