Chapter 3: Arc 1-3: Fake!Gilgamesh Interlude

SI/Gilgamesh PoV.

Heading towards the docks with annoyance, he arrived at the scene and sat nearby as he planned to drink his fill to relax his non-stop headaches with a bottle of Sake.

He briefly takes note of a suspicious swarm of insects nesting within the neighbourhood. Unlike that Taylor Hebert from Worm, the Old man presumably couldn't assert control over arthropods within a range; but centuries of experience across an assortment of specializations more than makeup for that incapacity.

...Not that he'd become a problem, but Fate villains are undeniably different when compared to the likes of Disney, Etc, not that they'd even spot him under the guise of [Astralisation].

That aside, enjoying a nice refreshment under the moonlight's veil is something of luxury he hardly got the time to enjoy in the distant past, maintaining a laborious occupation and all that.

Raising the bottle adorn with ornaments, he cheers himself as he removes the lid and raise it towards his lips with a mouthful glob, he relishes the refreshing taste of such quality as they cleanse his palate and souring mood.

Accompanied by the melodic choir of the sea along with the familiar breeze, he let himself submerge in serenity under the nostalgia.

All the while pondering his--Their, next actions concerning the inevitable catastrophe that would inadvertently affect them.

Normally he wouldn't intrude such affairs unless they disturb his wellbeing and interest, and World annihilation under the hands of the corrupted Holy grail is something he wouldn't easily pass by.

Normally he'll hand this peculiar conundrum under the hands of professional, but placing bets on a certain Red-hair is certainly not a viable option. Lest he'd risk the safety of this timeline.

Then there's Solomon to consider in the Fate: Grand order or lost-belts, provided that it'll even appear in the first place. And he couldn't even escape due to the lack of means like the likes of Kaleidoscope.

If that's not enough, both He and Arturia long forgotten the contents of the franchise itself minus the major events, and even that is lacking.

So he couldn't move carelessly, not that he has such hopes in the first place as their presence itself assured the destruction of the canonical timeline.

Gulping the last contents of the alcohol, he let it go and disperse it in golden motes as he opened a portal. He reaches over him [GoB] to grab another sake as he let his problems drown in deviant pleasure.

Knowing the Canonic Timeline does not make him some tactical genius or give him the capacity to predict every move of the characters you read about. And he refuses to use his [Sha Naqba Imuru] out of fear to put stress in his mental state. As there's no way he'd be the same once he saw a new branch of memories filled with future routes that he has yet to partake.

The fusion with the Heroic spirit is enough to alter his personality and he didn't dare to cause further conundrum more than he already has.

And as much as he hates the predicament currently undergo, he could do nothing but suck it up and bitterly move on.

Though, he still couldn't believe that he had been indirectly forced to deal with the mess those Magi left behind.

...one of these days he'll get them for this stress they made him suffer, and he can't even finish it immediately due to his lack of substantial information.

He can't even freely move around the city lest he'd risk his anonymity against this world's Supernatural organisations & The OG Gilgamesh himself.

Speaking of which, why hasn't the will of [Planet] or [Humanity] spotted them yet, he has no idea, or even zel-zero... something about a certain Vampire that has powers relating to Time & Space that would make Dio or D4C hide in shame.

Excluding them, he's confident of their secrecy lest they openly desired to be seen.

The highest risk of something that could blow-up the cover he so carefully established is those pesky newcomers, people like him who have been given a one-way ticket away from their respective parallel world with no strings attach, not even the original user of the body they've snatched.

Presently there's only him and Arturia, but there's no telling who that another interloper would cause mayhem. Giving him a new headache to deal with.

That aside, the discoveries he acquired with the help of his partner put a smile on his face, although he's keenly aware that finding his benefactor is almost impossible, its best to have an aspiration to achieve for the sake of maintaining his mentality and morality.

Besides, wouldn't that bring him action?

Feeling his sour mood abate, he raised the bottle of sake in cheers as he drank a mouthful glob of alcohol.

"For the future~! (Gulp... Gulp... Gulp...)"

Letting it disperse in golden motes, he felt them return inside his Gate as he listlessly gazes at the moon with a small smile, and just as he's about to close his eyelids in peace. They suddenly snap open as he averts them into the distance.

He shakily/drunkenly stood, as he sobers up when he suddenly felt a small Magical discharge nearby.

All thoughts and uncharacteristic behaviour were immediately eliminated as he stilled himself when he found those peculiar discharge familiar.

knowing the looming danger ahead of him.

He quickly garb himself in a flash with an armour of high calibre, feeling confident of his defensive measure, he left in satisfaction as he hastily ran towards the destination undaunted, all the while swallowing a magical pill that cleanses poison & intoxication in mid-way.

He can't have himself intoxicated at such confrontations afterall.

He easily traverse inside the large city, safe under the eyes of unwanted viewers with the help of Astralisation as he-
