Chapter 2: Too Ishgar and Meeting a Red-Head
As the ship was sailing arcross the sea Dante was at the helme looking at the map and directions on how to get to Ishgar. When night feel he took out the book and set it in the moonlight to open it and said an enchatment to open it. Dante opened it and all the words were shining the same color as the moonlight and he went to the last page on the book and seen what his mother had wrote to him.
(Selen's Note): {Hi son. When you read this you should be out at sea and Apollo should have left this world. I wish I could be there to comfort you but I can't. Not right now. Right now I need you to go out and see the world, make friends, and maybe a few girlfriends hahaha. I forgot to tell you that because your the son of not only a dragon queen but also a dragon king your going to have more than 1 mate. I told you about mates so you should be ok then. Now for why you couldn't stay and why you couldn't stay on this continent. I've been have a feeling something or someone very powerful is hunting the Dragon Gods, and right now your not strong enough to stay with me. Besides I can't have you meeting that fire boy yet. He would want to use you to find me and fight me. I can't be bothered with him. Now son I love you so much, and the same goes for the two girls too. Find a light guild and grow strong. P.S. everytime you look at the moon know that im looking at the moon and im thinking of you and the girls. Live well son and mind your manners.}
After reading the note Dante closed the book put it back in his pack, pulled out the blanket his mom made for him and wrapped it around himself while watching the moon. He didn't cry this time because he knew that his mom was safe and when he looked at the moon he could feel that she was with him. As the ship was quietly sailing through the water he went to bed outside in the light of the moon.

It's been 4 days since we set sail and it's been boring to say the least, but my mom and dad trained me out of that motion sickness for a whole 5 months. I thought I was going to die but looking at it now it was worth it. A few monsters tried to wreck the ship but I use my magic to kill them. Some of them actually tasted good now im just working at doing push-ups to get my strength up while Luna and Sun drinking hot tea and laying under the moonlight with a blanket around them. The night and cold never bothered my because I guess I soak up the suns energy all day so I have some left over. I can't do that if it's cloudy, but I change to my Moon dragon Slayer magic at night so as long as the moon is out I can soak up that energy to keep myself warm. Thanks mom and dad... Dad. I'm still sad i'll never see him again but with his magic I know he'll always be with me. After 100 push-ups I go the helm of the ship to make sure we're on couse. Where somewhere near a place called Fiore but we have to make a stop first cause I want to walk around and pratice my magic.
Me: So guys what do think this place is going to be like?
Sun: I don't know I just hope they some good chicken on this continent
Luna: Wow Sun you would only think about the food wouldn't you.
Sun: HEY what's that suppose to mean huh?!
Luna: Nothing just making a observation
We'll since my answer just got pushed to the side I put my vest on and lean over the railing just basking in the sun. I hear Sun and Luna arguing again over something I can't bother caring about. Those two may be sisters but they fight about almost everything. Twins but total opposites. As I look I see land and a tower looking thing up ahead and I get excited.
Me: HEY GUYS LOOK LAND! WE MADE IT!!
They stop arguing and fly over beside me Sun on my right and Luna on my left. As I bring the ship in close to the shore I hear a scream and I look at Sun and Lunar and tell them to stay on the ship. I run to throw the anchor in the water. Then jump in the water and swim for a about a minute while using my [Moon Dragon Blast] on the bottom of my feet to propel me to the shore. I sniff the air and all I get is a strong scent of salt water so I use my hearing to locate the girl from the scream I heard. After zeoring in on the sniffles I see a red-headed girl about my age in brown rags, with no shoes on, bandages on both her arms and some kind of metal things on her wrists. She heard me because she turned around really fast and when she did I say the most beautiful face i've seen since mom and I blushed a bit. I also noticed she had a eye patch over her right eye. I could see fear, hurt, and sadness in her eye. I put my hands up to show her I meant no harm and went to introduce myself.
Me: Uhmm.. Hi my name is Dante Moon. It's a pleasure to meet you.
I bowed just like how my mom showed me, and she just looked at me. It was awkward to say the least, and after a while she said her name with the most beautiful voice ever.
Erza: H..i.. i'm E-Erza S-S-carlet
I smile and wave.
Me: Hi Erza. Are you ok? you look cold and if you don't mind me saying a bit hungry. My sisters and I where travling on our ship over there and when we were about to lay anchor and come over here to strech my legs and train a bit on my magic I heard your scream and thought you might be in trouble. Uhm do you want to come on ship with me and my sisters and you can get warm and get something to eat?
Erza: I-I-Im ok t-thank you though.
I noticed she said that in a unsure way so I just start walking in the woods and I hear her call my name.
Erza: Dante w-what are you d-doing?
Me: Well since you won't come to the ship im going to see if I can find you something to eat in the woods so you can have your strength.
As I start to walk away again I hear her whisper for me to stop and she'll come with me

A few seconds before Dante hears Erza's scream/
As I realize what I had to do to keep them safe. I start to cry. Why? Why Jellal.... I try to get up but I can only take two steps before I fall and land on my hands and kness. I start to cry when I remember everything at that hell hole of a place. I can't take it and I yell out my emotions towards the sky. I sit there for a while before I can hear someone behind me. I get scared and start to shake thinking they came back for me, and I turn around and see something I didn't expect. A boy bronze taned boy about my age with a bit of musular shape, with what looks like gold, and silver hair that blows in the wind. His wearing a black skin-tight vest with gold outline, black lose shorts with the same gold outline, and black sandles that strap at his ankles. I just think that he looks nothing like Jellal, but I can't hind the fear of going back to that place. I think he notice my fear and backs up while holding up his hands. I want to stand up but I don't have the strength to do that yet. Then he speaks with a voice so slik I wonder if it's silk itself.
Dante: Uhmm.. Hi my name is Dante Moon. It's a pleasure to meet you.
He just bowed to me. Me a weak girl who couldn't even save her friends. Why? Why would he do that? I just look at him trying to figure him out, then I realize I haven't said anything form a while and it looks like his waiting on me to say something to him and it's getting pretty awkward so I answer him without letting on how tired, hungry, and cold I am.
Erza: H..i.. i'm E-Erza S-S-carlet
Damnit Erza get it together. I see him smile and wave at me, and it makes my cheeks heat up a bit. He has a beautiful smile I think to myself.
Dante: Hi Erza. Are you ok? you look cold and if you don't mind me saying a bit hungry. I think for a bit. Can I really trust him? He said he has sisters on the boat and his offering food and warmth.... No I can't what if he takes me back to Jellal. I cant risk that, but another part of me wants to go with him.
Erza: I-I-Im ok t-thank you though.
I'm trying to see if he'll try to take me by force. If he tries I'll put up one hell of a fight. As im thinking I see him smile at me again and start walking towards the woods. I can't stop the surprise from my voice.
Erza: Dante w-what are you d-doing?
He looks at me and smiles
Dante: Well since you won't come to the ship im going to see if I can find you something to eat in the woods so you can have your strength.
He continues to walk, so I decied to stop him. If he was doing all of this just to make sure I get to eat, and the fact he never took a hostile stance towards me I stop him.
Erza: Wait. I'll go with you.
He turns to me and nodds his head, then walks over to me. I try to get up but my legs aren't working. He comes near me and has a unsure look on his face. I can only think that he changed his mind and going to leave me but he does soemthing unexpected and carries me princess style and tells me to hang on.

As I care Erza towards the water I tell her to hold on as I use my magic to propel us to the ship. I look down and see the shock on her face and I smile a bit at her.
Erza: Y-you know magic?
Me: Yeah I was taught two diffrent types of magic by my parents. I'll tell you about it later.
We land on the ship, and I can see my two sisters coming towards us with a look of confusion and curiosity written on their faces.
Sun: Um Dante who is she?
Me: This is Erza Scarlet. Erza meet my sisters. The golden on is Sun and the sliver on is Luna.
Erza: U-um there talking cats
Me: Haha yeah it might take a bit to get use to, but they've been with me for a while. Now how about we get you inside outside of the chill and get you some food.
With me still carrying her we go inside to the kitchen, and there I sit her down at one of the chairs. After that I go grab a blanket to drap over her.
Erza: Thanks Dante.
Me: Your welcome. Now just sit and relax while I cook you up some soup and bread.
As I get to cooking the soup Luna gives her some water, and being her curiosity got the best of her asks a question that makes her shake in fear.
Luna: So Erza. What's the metal looking things on your arms?
Erza: T-t-t-there cuffs...
Luna: I'm sorry if I made you sad. Do you want them off.
Me: Dinners ready.
I come to the table and hand each of them some soup and bread, which Erza eats all of it in record time. She looks down at the bowl when she finish. I think she's to afraid to ask for more so I just take her bowl and refill it with more soup. She starts to eat more slowly now, not saying anything more, but since I heard when she was talking to Luna I decied to ask a question.
Me: Hey Erza. Do you want those cuffs off of you? They seem unconfortable.
Erza stops eating and looks at me with a few tears in her eyes and noddes gratefully. I look at Sun and nod my head at her. See Sun became very good at being a theif. I don't know how I guess it came natural to her but she can pick any lock. I got so bad that mom had to use enchatments on all the doors so she couldn't get an any of the rooms that she deemed off-limits. Sun gets up and floats to Erza. When lands she looks at the cuffs and keyhole. Turning in over form diffrent positions, and when she was done with that she used one of her ear clips to unlocked both of the cuffs. When the cuffs feel to the floor Erza got up, took the cuffs, went to the dock of the ship and angerly threw them in the ocean. After she came back in and sat down I decied to get some information from her.
Me: Erza do you know where a light guild is around here? You see me and my sisters arent from this continent and we're trying to findone of these guild to join.
Erza: Actually yes there is one guild that my...my...grandpa Rob told me about. It's called Fairy Tail. That's where im going. Y-y-you guys could come with me... You know if you wanted too.
She said that last part so low that without my dragon senses I wouldn't have heard her. I look at Sun and Luna and they smile at me. I turn back to Erza with a smile.
Me: Of course we'll go with you! I have no ides what a guild is, but my dad and mom told me to join one so that's whats were going to do. Right girl
Luna/Sun: Of course/Got that right
I hear Erza giggle at Sun and Luna so I look towards her and blush a bit. In my head I think 'wow she a cute laugh'.
Me: So in the morning we'll weigh anchor and go to a town called Magnolia. It should take us about a few hours to get there. Now since we only have two room you have to share the girls room with them I hope that's ok.
Erza: Yeah that's fine with me.
Me: Is that ok with you girls?
Sun/Luna: Sure/Of couse
Me: Ok let's get to bed. Goodnight.
Erza/Luna/Sun: Goodnight.
The next moring I get earlier than the girl to workout and body before I meditate, but before that I go to the room to check up on the girls. As I creek the door open I see Erza with a tear stricken face as she's cuddling bot Sun and Luna. I just smile sadly as I wonder what happened to her too make her sad, and for an unknow reason it kinda makes me mad thinking something bad happened to her. I mean I only known her for a night, but the feeling is there. I just dedcied to work off the anger. I shut the door and go to bring up the anchor as part of my training. The ship isn't that big, just two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. As I bring up the anchor and open the sails we start to get moving as I re-check the map to get us on course. I take off my shirt and sandals before I start my morning workout, which consist of 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and shadow fighting for 30min straight without stopping unless something happenes. After an hour my workout ends and I collapse on the deck covered in sweat breathing hard with my body aching. It took me awahile to work my way up to I could do my workout without stopped, but I never gave up and now I can barely do it without stopping. After a few more minutes I head to the shower and after I finish with that, dress in my usal clothes, and go meditate for 30mins. So after that I go make breakfast. Soon eggs, bacon, some chicken legs for Sun, and tea for Luna. When it's all ready I put it in the middle of the table and go back to the helm of the ship, because I know as soon as the food cools down enough to eat they'll get up to come eat, but me I eat my food outside to seat in the morning sun and make sure were on course. After a few more minutes the girls get up and Erza looks much better than last night.
Me: Moring girls. Breakfast is on the table and we'll be at Magnoliasoon than I thought if this wind keeps up. I'd say about a hour and 30 minutes. So eat, shower and by the time all of you are done well be there. By the Erza do you want us to stop at a clothing store to get you something?
Erza: Um can we do that after we get the information on the guild?
Me: Yeah sounds good. Now got eat while it's still warm.
Erza: Thank you Dante... For last night and for helping me even now.
She looked kinda down so I just smile my biggest smile while saying.
Me: Don't worry about Erza ok. Now go eat. We may arrive sooner rather than later.
