Chapter 16: Growing up
Narcissa looked at the two babies in her arm in confusion. She was clearly told that there was only one baby inside her body, so where was the other one hiding in her. But her motherly instincts immediately kicked in and she just let it pass as a strange phenomenon. She couldn't just get rid of one of them, they are a noble family, and they have to act like it.
Quickly summoning dobby the house elf Lucius issued some quick orders to him.
"Donny prepare a second baby room, and go find another unbounded house elf."
Donny: "Master master please no is Dobby not good enough please master don't make Dobby leave."
The house elf cried out with snot running down his face.
Lucius: you idiot no ones getting rid of you, now go and complete your orders or I'll mount your head.
With a quick and pitiful bow the house elf snapped and disappeared.

2 years later
June 5th , 1982
Kepus POV: "it's been two years since I arrived in this world. Based on the timeline of things by now it would have been about a year after the potter wipe out. And Harry should be celebrating his title as the boy who lives under the his aunts stair case.
But immediately after hearing his father discussion he quickly realized that he was in a alternate movie universe. He figured this out when he said that only the potters twins survived the attack. Wether it's a Fanficion universe or not he'll have to wait and see, or wait till the system gets back. Either way he has no intention to interfere, because it's a high chance this is a fanficion world so He doesn't even have to worry about anything.
In other new today is mine and dracos, birthday. Lots of noble family's are gathered in our yards estate. I never paid attention to the other noble family's but based off them being close to our family they were probably in the noseless mans cult.
Across the yard I can spot my little brother draco, trying to pet our albino peacock. He's not very intelligent...well he is only two years old.
I turn my attention from him and the other guests and look at the giant long table the elves carried out earlier. Now it's covered in many gifts. Looking at all the gifts on the table you can tell just how behind magical society is, compared to the rest of the world. I mean who gifts 2 year olds clothing fabric, and quills.
But what I'm interested in is the books, plants, and caged animals gifted to us. It's my first time seeing such things. Sadly I can't read though, but what are servants for. I'll just call my personal house elf tonight and get him to read it to me. And no I'm not referring to Dobby, some...things happened early on and it was decided that Dobby will go to draco when he is of age. Of course he will make his way to me eventually, instead of being Harry Potter fan boy.

Later that night
Kepus: "cheddar! "
With one word a house elf appears bowing and silent waiting for orders. This is my personal house elf, Dobby said that he picked him out himself. He's exstremly loyal to me, since he is bound to my magic. But I'm not 100% sure, I'll have to be fully sure before I let him know just the scope of my existence. But that's why magical contracts were made. Until then I'll have him handle some simple things, like reading to me at night and some covert operations.
And by covert operations any, I mean any ideas that a kid that grew up on anime and movie. And used them for his power high, thinks as covert. So let's just say that by the end of year, I should have more house elfs, and should be able to begin my plan for muggle England.
Kepus: "cheddar I would like you to read me the titles of those books on the table over there. The ones that came with the gifts."
Cheddar: "yes young master."
He walks over to the desk and brings over 6 thick books. Careful to not let them touch the floor, so as not to upset his master.
Cheddar: "I will now read the titles young master."

Kepus: "thank you cheddar, now your next order is for the next year you are to read these books to me every night until I fall asleep. We will continually cycle through the books in this order. 4,2,6,3,5, and lastly 1. When book number 1 is finished we start again at number 4 and continue till my next birthday where I decide what to add and what to cut out. Also during the day time you are to search for unbound house elf's and bring them to me."
Cheddar: "yes young master it will be done."
Cheddar then sat down and started to ready the books to kepus with his raspy voice. This would continue for the next year as planned.

June 5, 1984
The amount of house elves bound to me have grown to a unexpected low number of 64. It seemes that most people never really set there elves free and let them die in the family. From cheddars report there seemed to be a lot of house elves just like kretcher, who refuses to leave there family even after they get K.O.'ed. But cheddar was able to convince them to join him with the promise of hard labor.
Another two birthdays pass by and somethings have changed. My isekai intelligence is starting to shine brightly and my 8 magic cores are synchronizing perfectly. And you can already guess just how unfathonable my magic power is. At my lowest I should still be 8 times stronger than the strongest kid of my grade, regardless of what grade I'm in. All I need now is the skill to manipulate this magic. But practicing magic before 8 is looked down upon.
Of course there's other things to be worrying about. Recently my hair has turned green and blond and I don't really feel the need to eat, water seems fine enough. Thankfully it's only one more year till the system is updated.
Iv also been practicing my creation magic, just simple things like making block of various density's and durability's. The strongest stuff I made so far was a block of iron, nothing to precise though. And with the new books Iv been receiving from various sources I should be able to start making more defined objects like swords, and nunchucks.
Oh I almost forgot, I was also able to get a lead on Tom riddles diary in the house. One of my newer house elf's of the 64, parmesan. Is great at snooping, sadly he refuses to steal even for me his master. Guess it's been bred to deep into their dna that they just can't be to criminal to other wizards. I'll have to do something about that....
Kepus: "cheddar"
And with a flash and warp cheddar appears
Kepus:"cheddar go to the muggle society and by me books on things called chemistry, DNA, and science.
Cheddar:"master...I don't mean to be rude but you have no funds, you'd have to talk to your father to get money from the bank."
Cheddar said as he shrunk back and spoke in a whisper.
Kepus: Wha- what happened to all that birthday money it can't all be gone, what have I been doing.
Cheddar: "you spent last years money on buying books, and magical contracts....and this years money on the thing"
He said as he shook, seemingly remember some tough battle he had, and not just him parmesan was also shaking. As though they exsperienced the same thing.
Kepus then broke into a fit of laughter and spoke
Kepus: lighten up you two, those things can't be that tough now could they.
Parmesan and cheddar: but master they are terrible little bugs.
Kepus: both of you stop it now, there not bugs they are bowtruckles. It's your own fault if they don't like you. I didn't think that it would cost all of my money to buy and import a home tree from the Black Forest. But hey what can you do about it. I guess we'll have to talk to father.
