Chapter 11: Fakus City
Fakus City
In the city of Fakus you can see countless races living together and in Harmony. As a commercial city, Fakus is very lively, people coming and going from all over the continent to sell their spices.
But today Fakus was in a dark and quiet mood, the streets full of lively people, today were empty as if everyone was afraid to leave their homes.
"Mom, why isn't there anyone on the streets today?" a human child Asked his mother who looked at the sky with fear and concern.
"My dear, don't talk, if not that horrible red dragon will eat you." Hearing her son speak, the mother panicked and used her hand to close the child's mouth for fear that the dragon would hear her son.
The child listening to his mother he soon became afraid that the dragon would eat him and did not dare to speak.
On all continents of Eridion, the fame of the red dragon and widely known for its greed and violence, cities were destroyed by dragons all because of greed for gold. Then when a red dragon appears and sign of disaster.
In the lord's city mansion
A tall gnome wearing five-foot aristocratic clothes was staring at the cloudy sky with fear and anxiety.
"Lord of the city Gusu, the red dragon should arrive in less than an hour." one man spoke to the tall Gnome, he wore black clothes and only his cold blue eyes could be seen, the rest of his body was hidden by the clothes.
"I know, august you can go to the city vault and take out all the valuables and put it in the middle of the square" Gusu the city lord spoke in a dispirited and angry tone for the damn red dragon.
"Yes sir." After August spoke he disappeared into the shadows leaving Gusu Alone in the room.
"I just hope the red dragon isn't too cruel." Gusu spoke in a low-pitched, unwilling tone. Feeling of not having your own life in your hands is rather sad and discouraging.
Although the Gnomes are known for their explosives, this does not mean that they have a weapon that can kill an adult red dragon. The scales of an adult red dragon are so strong that Diamond and his fiery roar have devastating power that can destroy almost anything in this world.
An hour later Fakus's main square was littered with gold coins, jewels and weapons, all lying on the floor. If it were a normal day the inhabitants would rush to get some, but today not even the bravest of thieves dared to do so. Because everyone knows this is the tribute to the horrible red dragon.
Suddenly everyone in the city felt monstrous pressure as if they had a mountain behind them.
Those with their heads held high saw a Horrible Red Dragon forty yards long, and its gigantic wings covered the sky.
The city lord Gusu looked at the giant red dragon with fear. He had seen an adult red dragon before but was only twenty meters long. The dragon in front of him and on a totally different scale, It still made him more terrified.

Agnus looked at the city below him with interest, his first time. Seeing a city in Eridion, he thought it would be the same as the cities of the medieval period but quite different. The streets are clean and wide. He even saw a basic sanitation system throughout the city that made him very surprised.
"Agnus, look a lot of gold" Helena spoke excitedly in her horns and pointed toward Fakus's main square.
Looking at the square Agnus's eyes lit up when he saw the Amount of gold and jewels littered in the middle of the square.
"Looks like they already knew I was coming, To the city." Agnus thought as he took all the gold coins.
After taking everything, Agnus withdrew his draconian Aura and flew toward the city's most luxurious mansion.
Arriving at the mansion, Agnus morphed into his humanoid form and held Helen who was falling into his arms.
Putting Helena on the floor Agnus looked at The Mansion and saw a green-skinned Gnome wearing aristocratic clothes and was quite tall for a Gnome.
"It is a pleasure to meet a legendary red dragon, I am the lord of the city of fakus Gusu." Gusu and bowed and spoke humbly, but his body trembles with fear.
"Yes and a pleasure, My Name and Agnus Orpheus Indecium from today lord of the city of Fakus." Agnus spoke with a smile and looked at Gusu with interest.
