Nicholas's pov
I hired a new lawyer and this time I told every terms what I need in the papers. In the end of this week we will be separate from each other. That's what she wants.
Now 3 days left in our divorce. I was still at the office. Its past office hours and I don't want to go in that penthouse. I was looking outside through my floor to ceiling window and smoking.
The city looks lively from here but my life.... I don't know what's going to happen when she leave my life. I still feel hurt from her betrayal but I don't want her apart from me.
These past days I was feeling lonely. Her absence pained me at every moment. But I can't stop this she wants this and I going to do this for both of us.
I was busy in my thoughts then suddenly my phone started ringing. I don't want to talk about business now so I ignored it. Then again it started ringing again. I took out my phone from my pocket and looked at the screen.
Drek's calling me. Why is he calling me. Does he want more beating. I crushed the cigar in astray. I picked up the phone and said irritatedly -" What."
He said with huffing like he's running -" Sister-in-law..." He trails off.
My body went rigid. I asked -" What happened to her."
He's huffing loudly on the phone. He's running. Shit .....what happened to my Alexa. I shouted -" Drek tell me this instant what happened to her without stopping."
" Sunny called me and said that she's behaving out of herself and don't listen to her. They are at the Knight Club. Only you can control her brother." He said in one breath.
" I am at the office right now and it will take time for me to reach there. Where are you." I was already in the elevator.
" I am near by the club."
" Good.... Drek stop her to do anything she don't like and don't let her drink."
I hang up. I run to my car. I know how she will react if she got drunk and if anyone took advantage of her and touch her....I feel so angry with the only thought. If anyone dare to touch my Alexa I am going to kill that bastard.
I get in the car and started engine.

Alexa's pov
I squeezed myself between people in the center of the floor and started dancing. I was dancing on the beats and swaying my hips sexily.
Suddenly I feel a hand on my hip. I slapped away the hand and looked at the owner of the hand. I playfully shook my head while dancing. He raised his hands in surrender and go back to his companion.
I twist my waist and flick my hair on one side with swag. I was swaying my body with sexy moves on the music.
Then the DJ changed the song and play my favorite song ' Shape Of You' . Oh god I want partner on this song but I can't ask any stranger. I started dancing on my own.
Then suddenly someone circled my waist from behind sensually. I know this touch. He turned me and pulled me against his body.
I looked at him and mumbled -" Nicholas...."
I was not expecting him to be here. He's slowly covering the distance between our face. I think he's going to kiss me. My mind went blank. I don't know what to do.
I did what I usually do in these situation and closed my eyes. But I feel his hot breath on my neck.
He said in a very sensuous voice -" Dance with me."
