Chapter 3: 3 Battling the Dragon snake
She went near the statue and this time she remembered the fangs that she had to pull but she was shocked to see that fangs already out and there's only an octagonal slot at the head of the statue.
She put her Crystal in the slot and in a few seconds the ground moves.
A cave appeared in front of her. She started to walk in and the further she walked the darker it gets. At the end of the cave, a green door appeard. It was shining in the dark and looks like made in jade-like materials.
She opened it and a scene impressed her, she was at a theater. She is currently at the back where she is facing the stage. The stage is very huge, it consumed half of the theater.
She started walking towards the stage. She looked around and saw no one.
"I think this place was abandoned" she whispered in herself. She reached the stage and she climbed to get to the top of it. The stage was very high and that is why she needs to climbed it.
She stand in the middle of the stage and the curtains open up. Shining green leaves started to flew away. Raliz's eyes followed where the leves were headed and she turned back.
The leaves stop in the air and started to form a face. Raliz was shocked and so she summoned her crystal and turned it into a revolver.
The face started to speak with its very creepy voice, "Welcome ssss, The Chosen,ssss,Are you ready? ssss, Let's Start the show!" the leaves glow and turn into a green light.
The light was headed at Raliz and directly in hit her. Raliz thought for a second to evade but she still got hit but it did not hurt her, it just make her glow green.
She felt an immense power surging all over her body. Suddenly Raliz sensed a scary aura behind her, so she jumped high and fast as she could.
She turned around and she only saw darkness behind the curtains but in the mean while a pair of huge red eyes appeard. The eyes were looked like a snake's eyes, it even looked at Raliz.
Raliz body shook in horror and she nearly fall down but she didn't. 'Good thing I didn't fall. This creature sure make a persons knees go soft.' Raliz thought.
After a while the creature behind the curtains revealed itself and a snake like body appeard with its dragon head creature comes out in the shadows. Raliz's eyes almost popped out in shock because the creature was like the statue, its the Dragon Snake.
The color of the Dragon Snake was different though. Its color was gray like its color was washed away or like paled.
The creature turned to Raliz's direction and it screamed very loud. It attacked Raliz with its tail, it whipped it at Raliz. Raliz immediately dodged the attack but it was too fast and Raliz got hit.
Raliz flew into the air and landed at chairs or the seats.
Ahhhh!
Raliz scream in pain and cough up blood. She tried to stand up but an another attacked was directly heading towards her.
This time she got lucky and evaded the attacked but the attacked caused massive destruction on the theater. Debris started to fall down.
Raliz tried to focus and aim her revolver at the Dragon Snake's head but it noticed Raliz action and attack her. This time it didn't used its tail but it opens its mouth and powerful energy are forming there. The creature let go of that energy and aimed at Raliz.
Raliz jumped high to evade the attack but the attack hit the surface and made some waves of energy and Raliz caught up with it.
Raliz started to cough up blood again. Raliz stop for a while and think.
'I think I should use the Earth Jewel--'she thought but in the middle of thinking, the creature attacked again and hit Raliz. Raliz slammed at the green door in the back of the theater.
The Dragon Snake can't reached Raliz now and so the dragon snake revealed its whole body to Raliz. Last time it only revealed its head and its tail, its like the creature was just tall as a tree but now, the creature might consume half of the space of the theater. It was very huge you can even feel the power in that creature.
Raliz power is not in match with this creature.
The creature writhed towards Raliz with its maws open, it wanted to eat Raliz.
"Oh no,no good!" Good Raliz panicked. She picked her self up and run around the theater.
She jumped off the ground and an array appeard in her foot and used it to do a second jump in the air.
Raliz calmed herself and focus on shooting the Creature, she concentrated all of her power in her revolver, she was trying to kill the Creature in one shot.
Raliz did not think that she can kill the Creature in one shot but she is just trying her luck, it's not bad if you try,right?.
Raliz pulls the trigger and a powerful energy was cast out. The shot was directly hit the creature in the head and it made an explosion.
The theater was filled with smoke but when the smoke hovered away, Raliz almost choked.
The Dragon Snake was alright, not even a scratch could be seen in its body.
"Ehhh... How?!" Raliz said with confusion.
She put all her power in that attack and it didn't even made a scratch in the creatures body. She felt she was going to piss off.
She wanted to give up and accepted her faith that she'll die today but a familiar voice echoed in her head.
'Raliz... Survive!'
The voice came from her grandfather when they were chased by some black creatures. This time she said something, "No... My Grandpa said I should survive. I will not die here. I will fight, I will survive, and I will find my grandpa!" After she said this a powerful aura filled the theater and the Dragon Snake felt it and attack.
Raliz dodged the attack but an another one was coming in her way and so a green array appeared in her left foot and jump.
...
She dodged every attack that creature have made and she's been doing this about 3 hours which is very strenuous.
She got also bruises and cuts because when she dodge an attack, the attack make explosion and many materials turns into little splinders and cut her skin.
The Dragon Snake stop moving and it raised its head. The ground shook and many vines came out. Raliz still dodged them but Raliz didn't know that there was another vine that was going to whip her and it hit her.
"Ahhhh!" Raliz screamed as she hit herself at a debris. She bleeds profusely and can't get up. She saw a bend metal that points upward so she hid herself there.
"I think I should be safe here, I...Ahhh! It hurts!" Raliz was going to hide from the creature but she screamed again because of the pain.
The creature found her and landed a strike. When the the tail of the creature landed, it screamed.
Blood oozed in its tail and blood spread everywhere. Raliz remembered the pointy metal and looked at it. It was covered in blood. Also the blood of the creature is somehow different, its green.
Raliz didn't bother about the blood and said, "What happened? The indestructible skin of this creature was not that indestructible at all. What kind of metal is that?" Raliz was amazed and an excitement fueled her blood.
This time the creature didn't attack because Raliz is still hiding below that pointed metal.
A while later, Raliz stand up, she realized that she was not bleeding anymore.
'I think this is something that the glowing leaves could do. I think its helping me endure every attacks of the Dragon Snake. Could the Dragon Snake be a god or something.' Raliz thought.
She picked herself up and raised her hand up. She is trying to get the pointed metal.
She reached the metal and tried to smash it but it did not budge. Then she hit her head.
"Oh right, of course I can't break it. I can't even break the skin of this creature. Dumbass me" Raliz said to herself.
Because she can't break it, she pull it off and lift it. The metal was only 3-meters tall and its very heavy but enough for Raliz to wield it.
Then Raliz shouted at the creature,"Hey , Dragon Snake or something, take a load of this" then Raliz rushed towards the Dragon Snake.
