Chapter 3: Queen’s Orders

Titania stared at the Pixie. She understood the fear she inspired. Humans had been writing stories about her for forever, after all, and few knew how much the collective psyche influenced Faery as well as she did. Names for interactions changed, but really, the basics never did. This little purple Pixie had piqued her curiosity. Titania studied the Pixie closely. She didn't even have a name. Yet, she managed so much mischief! Granted, it was with others, but she had a feeling this little pixie could become like Puck, her and Oberon's favorite troublemaker, risk-taker, and practical jokester. So allowing her entrance to the royal harem was not a big deal. In modern terms, she and Oberon had a polyamorous relationship. She also knew the Pixie had to be willing, and it seemed she was not.
