Chapter 12: Chapter 12 - The Best In Class one
Wang Ling awakened from his cultivation to his first day of classes. he already awoke early in the morning to continue training his stamina as the new weights he was given by Yun Xie helped him a lot to make his movements harder he's carrying two pairs of straps on his legs that weigh 120 kg each and the second 170 kg each .

so he changed to his training clothes and went to the field outside the dorms and trained.
after training he ate his breakfast from the third window that is a all you can eat.

he went back to his dorm room and changed to his uniform and went to class.
as he sat down a lot of the student went to him to introduce themselves, he remembered all Thier names but didn't truly care about them , because they only want to become closer to Wang Ling because of his cultivation.
they continued to ask Wang Ling questions until the bell rang and thier teacher Ye entered the classroom all of the student immediately sat at their desks as she started Thier first lesson.
" welcome to your first class , today we will find out which of you is the strongest student in the class" teacher Ye said with anticipation in her voice as she immediately left for the training ground alongside all her students.
as they reached the training ground their teacher already has chosen the fights , she had 4 soul grandmasters I'm her class so she made sure that they will fight each other only at the semifinals as his first fight was called and he was against a support spirit master with a few tool spirit on her , as the fight began , Wang Ling immediately moved at his fastest speed without releasing his soul and without using soul power , he reached immediately behind her and hit her on her neck and she was knocked out , for the fight he released one of the straps on his lightest weights from his leg but he still had his heaviest strapped.
because his heavy training on weight his could keep up with an agility master at the grandmaster level without even using soul power to increase his speed he simply realize on his body strength to do so.
the battles continued and the four soul grand masters won each of their fights , Wang Ling didn't even need to use even a tiny bit of his soul power or techniques to win.
but at the semifinals ,he was against Wei Xaiofeng as both of them went to the fighting area Wei Xaiofeng spoke to him.
" don't think just because he possess higher soul power than me , than it mean your better than me , I will so you the difference between us" he said with anger from his humiliation at Wang Ling hands two days back .
as the battle started instead of immediately attacking Wang Ling summoned his Rapier and showed his two yellow spirit rings ,than stood still waiting for Wei Xaiofeng to make the first move .
Wei Xaiofeng saw that Wang Ling summoned his spirit so he integrated with his spirit and his skin started to show a green tint than he immediately used his first soul skill green shadow clones , as he used this skill a few clones appeared , Wang Ling watch the clones he immediately saw that there are illusions.
Wang Ling still stood still without moving and it pissed Wei Xaiofeng even more and he used he second soul skill as a large green snake materialized and launched at Wang Ling , because of Wei Xaiofeng anger , Wang Ling saw the real body of Wei Xaiofeng because his spirit rings started to glow to use his skill . Wei Xaiofeng ran towards Wang Ling with the snake he saw that Wang Ling pointed the tip of the Rapier at the snake and his first soul ring started to glow and with incredible speed he saw the Rapier expand and stab through his snake , then Wang Ling slashed with his Rapier towards Wei Xaiofeng ,
Wei Xaiofeng was fast enough to duck underneath the blade but as he dodged, the blade retracted and he saw Wang Ling in from of him and he felt pain from his stomach and he saw Wang Ling leg. he immediately understood that he was kicked and sent flying but Wang Ling was fast enough to catch him and slam him to the ground and point his Rapier at his neck, and the match was called as Wang Ling victory.
Wang Ling immediately sat down outside the arena and meditated to restore his soul power , and from the second much Wang Jinxi won against his friend.
as both Wang Ling and Wang Jinxi stood in front of each other , Wang Ling summoned his Rapier to his hands and Wang Jinxi integrated with his bone dragon king that increased both his strength and defence, he immediately used his first spirit skill and changed his hand to a claw , as both of them charged towards each other Wang Ling attacked Wang Jinxi claw with his Rapier , as both weapons were about to clash Wang Ling used his first and second soul skill glowed and allowed his blade expand and to slither like a snake and it immediately passed the claw and shoot straight at Wang Jinxi eye as Wang Jinxi was surprised by the change that just happened he wasn't able to move and the blade stopped an inch in front of his eye , Wang Jinxi immediately held his breath and stopped his dragon claw that wasn't even close to Wang Ling. as the teacher declared Wang Ling the winner , Wang Ling immediately retracted his blade and went to sit with the other students.
their teacher had a big grin on her face as she had a genius like Wang Ling that didn't have only high cultivation but also had to the skills to fight.
their teacher immediately congratulated Wang Ling on his win , Wang Ling simplest nodded his head, he was happy that he won but the other students in the class didn't train as hard as he did , and didn't develop even a bit of instinct during fights it was shown quite heavily during both his fights ,Wei Xaiofeng used his clones for distraction but loses his cool and let his opponent know where he is with the use of his second soul skill and Wang Jinxi stood like a statue when his Rapier nearly entered his eye .
so he didn't truly feel motivated to fight with his best he still had weights on during the fights so he didn't even move at his fastest speed .
the class ended and Wang Ling went to get lunch than immediately after went towards the Mecha Association to get his abilities tested to get a rank , as he entered he gave the receptionist he asked for the Mecha Maker ranking test , she was surprised at his words and immediately called the the exams room to make sure he could arrive .
as she got the permission she led Wang Ling towards the exam room inside was a middle age man that said he was the examiner and told him the exam Infront of him was a white Mecha arm blueprint and hundred refined aluminium that was shaped already he needs to crave the circuits on the arm he has 3 Hours.
Wang Ling immediately open the blueprint and looked at it ' this is easy '
it took him 10 minutes to understand the way to draw the circuit saw he immediately got the aluminium and strapped it to the desk so it won't move and started carving he was able to finish within an hour a perfect carving of the circuits.
he passed the exam and got a rank 1 Mecha Maker for now , he planned to immediately just to rank 3 to show is talent he was already at this level but he still needed more time to learn to finish carving a part of a purple Mecha without mistakes continuously. only then he will increase his rank.
he still continued to train as another 3 months passed and the time for the Class Promotion Tournament began , Wang Ling was intrigued to see it in front of his eyes as he sat at the audience looking at the fight between class 5 and class 4.
