Chapter 1: 1 DID NOT CHOOSE THIS LIFE (1)
Standing near the window looking at the triplets playing, running around having fun hearing there laughter made Anna heart warm praying that their life will be better than her they will grow up have normal life.She will never let them fall in to her messed up world She will keep them safe and far away as possible. But life doesn't always go to your planing. She should've already known this from the beginning. Her life goes in one direction ends up in a completely different direction. She didn't know when her husband walked in and stood behind her how long he'd been standing there he gently coughed to get her attention.
She turned and said"do you always have to sneak around silently you'll end up giving me a heart attack one of these days" Mu zain chuckled and replied you don't get heart attacks you give them my little spark".
She looked at him "it's time already you said you would keep me out of it until there's no other options that bad eh".
Mu Zain sighed " Bro's squad that they sent in was either killed or captured Mu Yanis sent out a sos on his personal phone so it's triple with a capital T".
She gave a look of shock "They highly trained military how do they even get captured there's definitely a mole among them I am sure".
Mu Zain held her hand and said "You may be right but they are our people in there we need to get them out then worry about the mole"
As she walked off to get ready to go she hissed "Let me do my way". Mu zain sighed that's not going to be good.
As she got her gear together she hummed a tune she had to admit that she loved being a mum, and but by doing this she was in her element she took out her brown lenses to reveal her beautiful bright blue eyes and put on her black turtle neck top, her cargo black pants with cuff bottoms long black trench coat placed her black high tops put rucksack on her back put on her cap took out her phone rung a number the phone was received after the first ring "boss "came the reply" meet at the base" she cut the phone smiled coldly got on the motorcycle drove to the base.
It was cold outside but it didn't bother her she endured worse it took about 45 minutes to arrive at the gate of the base to look at the outside it look like a vine yard, that was they needed people to believe the gate open she arrived inside a team was ready and waiting they already where briefed on the task ahead she addressed the team " they've got a mole among them be careful ".
They ask anything just took their gear and headed out. This team was her personal shadow guards she could trust them with her life she knew they would have her back, they sometimes did jobs for the government so they could move freely around without arousing suspicion.
They had a big connection to the underworld which the government was unaware of. These people were fully trained assassins they moved swiftly and silently and left no traces. She learned everything from her maternal grandfather even how to be cold cold-blooded human. They needed to be in the field of work.
They arrived in Guangzhou just after midnight they surrounded the base where the team was being held, and the team separated into smaller groups they went as planned. She glided across the roof of the building and looked through the glass window she smiled coldly opened the window slid in like a cat standing on the beam observing her surroundings after careful observation she jumped down landed on the floor walked forward smacked the man on the back of the neck knocking him clean out moved to her next target she moved swiftly through them.
The enemy didn't know what had happened one by one they fell like flies she took out 15 men in under 10 minutes she didn't look back at the destruction she was leaving. She finally found her people that were captured but to her surprise there were women and children there she blurred out loudly "fuck" then she tapped her head pulled out her tongue. The children looked at her in amusement the women looked scared when they saw her, but her people saw her they lowered their heads in shame as they were supposed to be the best of the best, and yet they needed to bail out.
She looked at them and said "I'll deal with you all later let's get out of here first". She explained the plan to everybody they followed the plan she asked one of the men "is this all of you".
"No " he replied while sighing.
she asked "where's the rest"
The gentleman explained "they took the team leader for interrogation and also they took a women and 2 children".
"Oh" she remarked "take everybody to where I have told you ok and be careful "
"but I should go with you" he pleaded.
"No" she said and walked off.
As she looked around she'd come across more guards she took them out swiftly she had already mapped the layout of this place so finding her way wasn't too difficult she started to hear screaming coming from a room, she knew what was happening in there but not how many people were in the room, she was going in blind but what the heck she thought as she kicked the door open found 4 men in the room one was holding the lady's arms the other was raping her, the other two men where holding the children faces making them watch.
Anna couldn't believe what she saw she just had all sense of humanity in her knocked out. She shot all 4men without blinking, before they had time to react these were the people she hated the most those were them in her mind lowest of low they didn't deserve to live or even breathe.
She pulled her self together quickly before she could even go back into her own nightmare. She looked at the children they looked shocked but relieved at the same time the lady got off the floor and hugged her children she turned and mouthed a thank you.
Anna asked her to follow as she still had to find a team leader. The lady asked "are you looking for the gentleman who tried to save us "
"yes" she replied the lady pointing at the room furthest way "they took him in there "she looked towards the direction the lady pointed in she told the lady to stay there while she headed toward the room, she kicked the door to find just one person in the room interrogating the leader luckily, he was just getting started she took him out with one shot in the back of the head, she then untied the leader he looked at her with shock.
"They sent you on a rescue mission to come for us" said with hesitation she replied chuckling.
"when the leader is as cute as you how could I not have come my cute big brother-in-law.
Mu Shin laughed and remarked "your the cutest meimei a brother can have".
" stop trying to be cute you're still going through another training program when we get home"
Mu shin stood from his chair put his hand through his hair followed his Meimei out sighed "you are a demon disguised in form of angel hut I live anyway sis".
The lady and children were outside waiting outside they saw them come out the children ran to Mu shin and hugged his leg asked "army uncle are you okay the bad men didn't hurt you "
Mu shin chuckled "no I'm okay". "Let's go she said we don't want to be be here when the bombs detonate".
Anna guided them safely out of the building. When at a safe distance she checked with the other teammates they were out safely she pressed the remote she had in her hand and blew the building up she said" Let's go home" like she didn't just blow a building up.
Mu shin spoke" Meimei I'll have to back to the barracks to report on the events but I'll be home soon".
"Okay " she replied Mu Shin lowered his head knowing she couldn't reach she only made it to his chest he chuckled while she patted him on the head. They both headed there own ways she headed home with her shadow guards Mu shin took the women and children back with him.
She slipped back home went upstairs took a shower then went to check on her children they were tucked in snugly in their beds they had funny sleeping habits the oldest son Mu Musin slept with his hands spread out her second son slept on the side with his hand under his face, her daughter Mu Xingyan slept on stomach arms legs spread out nothing lady like about this one. But it was the most beautiful sight in the world for she wouldn't exchange having the children for any thing.
She walked back to her room took out the trundle bed and lay on it. Her husband walked in asked "your back everything good " she grunted" eh" while half asleep.
Mu zain already know everything but tried to make conversation looked at his sleeping beauty sighed as he walked toward the bathroom he took his batand h came with a towel wrapped around his waist, hair was still wet he dried with a towel went to the cupboard got his PJs on turned around looked at sleeping Beauty She slept on her stomach legs and arms spread out there was nothing lady-like about her, only if he wasn't impotent she would be his ideal partner to the world they were the perfect couple but behind closed doors was a whole different story.
