Chapter 1: Chapter 1: My Story Begins

I couldn't believe what was happening, it's not possible, is it? Well before I jump to anything I might as well start from the beginning. My name is Katerina, Katerina Pierre and my story is very complicated. My mother and father are French, we all lived in France up until last month. I have two siblings, my sister Tatia and my brother Elijah, we love each other and would do anything for each other no matter what. Oh I should also mention that it is May 24, 1492 in our home town Rome, we live in a very small cottage but it suits us and we love it very much. Also my whole family has English accents, along with myself, even though we are French. Moving on, my family and I have just been invited by the Queen Of England to come to her royal ball, and mother is making dinner right now, she said she cooked up something extra special before tomorrow. My mother is called Nadia and my father is Marcellus, mother claims to be a witch sometimes but we all know witches don't exist, I'm pretty sure she just likes to joke around with us all, and father is just a fighter, he's quite rough and very rude most of the time, I don't think he means to but he is. Our good friend Emily is one of the best dress makers in the village, she is making us all very fancy gowns and suits to go to the ball tomorrow, I can't wait! It'll be a night that will change all of our lives!
