Yannah Plantea's POV
"That muggle really deserve that" Frannie laughed.
She totally deserve that. She's too proud and cocky. I always hated that bitch ever since she came here at Acability. She deserves to be tied by my root spell. No way she can remove those roots with her bare muggle hands. My spell is too powerful compared to her. She's just a muggle. Only magic flames can destroy those roots.
"Well she'll won't cock and be proud like that anymore. She learned her lesson" Diana said. Then we all laughed until we reached our rooms. It's past 6 when we arrived there.
We ate our dinner and talked and laughed more about that muggle. I can't forget her pissed face. She can't do anything.
"It's already 8. Time to sleep, girls. Let's laugh and humiliate that bitch" Frannie said and lay down on her bed.
"Night night, girls" Diana said.
"Night" I answered with a smile. I feel satisfied. I can't wait to hurt and laugh on that muggle again.
I closed for a few seconds and I heard some crackles. I shake it off and tried to go back to sleep. But before I could close my eyes. I heard it again.
"Okay. Who's there?!" I can't help but yell out loud even though my roommates are asleep.
I tried to look around but all I see is a dim golden orange light from the window. My roommates are still asleep.
I stood up from the bed and walked near the light. As I approached the window, the light vanished.
"Must be the lights from outside" I said to myself. I turned around and was about to return to my bed but I saw this silhouette.
"You'll for what you did" someone whispered to my ear and I found myself burned by golden orange flames.
"AHHHH!!!"
Clair Blaze's POV
"Alyxia, wake up" I tried to shake Alyxia's body. She's sleeping in the floor with her uniform all burned and torn apart.
"What?" she said and brushed her face with her palm. I saw her palm with black ashes.
"Hey. What happened to you last night. I'm worried sick. I can't find you anywhere. You're still out there and it's past 6" I said and gently smacked her head.
"Ouch. I don't know, okay? I can't remember" she said and finally opened her eyes. She was so shocked to see her body and uniform.
"What happened?" she asked.
"I'm the one who should ask that" I said sarcastically.
"Ugh. I really can't remember. I'll go and take a bath first and try remember later--- oh by the way, where's Altair?" she asked while grabbing new uniform from her closet.
"He's there. Sleeping at Reign's bed since she's not here" I said and pointed on the sweet sleeping Altair. What I mean sweet is sarcastically sweet. I don't know how on earth Alyxia deal with that 900 year old demon kid.
"Glad he's okay" Alyxia said and entered the bathroom.
After a few minutes she walked out from the room and sat beside me.
"Let's make this brainstorming quick, Clair. I still have classes and I have to take care of Altair. So help me, will you" she begged.
"Fine fine. Let me question you first" I said and she nod, telling me to continue what I'm saying.
"What is the last thing you remember yesterday" I said all eyes at her.
"Uhmmm. I gave Altair to you to babysit him for a while, while I'm gone" she started and stared at me back.
"Go on… But what did you do yesterday. What is that important matter you needed to do yesterday" I asked.
"Uhmmm. I checked the library. Read articles about demons and trying to know who Alee is. The one Altair is pertaining to. Aleeya. It's Aleeya. He always mention her name when I'm with him" Alyxia stated.
"Hmmm. Never heard 'bout her. But did you found anything?" she quickly shook her head, saying that she didn't found any.
It took her a few minutes to continue her story.
"Ohhh! I remember that there's these mean witches. They bullied me and this ne witch cast a spell on me and roots started to grow and it trapped me" she continued. She must be pertaining to Yannah Plantea.
"Then I felt this hot feeling inside me and then it's all black. The roots squeezed me till I passed out" I formed a fist. That mean witch. I always hated her too.
"So what happened next"
"I woke up when you shook my body. Then I found my torn and burned uniform. I guess it got ripped because of the roots but I don't know why it is burned and how did I got here? --- oh and there's these weird black ashes on my palm" she said.
I think I had some idea but I don't think it's pretty much that possible.
"Wait did you helped me, Clair? I mean, you have fire ability. You must burned those roots. That's why my uniform was burned and there's these black ashes on my palm. Right?" Alyxia said worriedly. I don't know what to reply to her.
"No Alyxia. It wasn't me" I said and shook my head.
"Then what happened, Clair" she said and it looks like she's about to cry.
"I'm sorry. But I don't know, Alyxia" I sad sadly then Reign came out from the window like usual.
"Hey guys. Morning" she waved at us.
"What's with those sad faces. Did you know, that cocky ranked 14 witch, Yannah Plantea. She was found with her body half burned. She was took to the school hospital for treatment. Everybody thought the she had a fight with a strong mage or witch. She was burned badly" Reign laughed.
Burned body. Yannah Plantea. Black ashes. Burned uniform. Roots. Torn uniform. Demon. Altair. Alee…
I'm really getting a hang on these ideas. It's getting altogether.
"Hey Alyxia… I think I know what's going on. I think you'll be shock but be proud at the same time. I mean all these ideas. It's all connected" I said.
"Get to the point, Clair" Alyxia demanded.
"Well I think… You have found your Ability" I said and she was totally shocked.
