Chapter 3: I Missed You

_Where are we going?

_to pick some lamps for the party, Merlin wanted me to hang them around.

_uuuh. That sounds cool, can I come?

_ "would you please take your beautiful time and place it in my hands for tomorrow's afternoon?"

_ I would gladly do so!

The darkness had covered the whole sky, little Lillie was still spying out the window, Rosette kept smiling like dumb, I couldn't help but feel a little guilty. Her skin looked tanner, she might have waited at the beach.

_would you go with me to get them? I will have to break in her house to get out the lamps, if you would like..

_YES!, I would like to, yes.

_hah, you are dumb, little Lillie, is it..

_Yes, go on, I will listen to the radio in the meantime.

_Alright.

I could not figure if she knew, or if she was just being considerate, or simply uninterested, but I was grateful. I got out of the van and approached Rosette's door. She was waiting for me with a smile, rubbing her nose in the glass.

_you are seriously dumb.

_but you knew that.

I opened the door, she slowly lowered her legs, the darkness was dangerous, and I did not have any source of light other than the Van's lighting, however we headed down a landslide. That light could not reach the ground, it all seemed like a big black hole. Rosette walked slowly, she clinged to my arm as we descended. The Electricity was still on function, at the front of the house was a lamp that turned on as it sensed people near the entrance. The Light startled both of us, i did not expect it to still work, that only meant the bill was still on accumulating debt, that was something to tell Merlin. One of the things I remembered the most about Mamia is that she could never remember where her keys were. She once told me she kept a spare key and hid it in a pot so that she could get in if she lost her's, but that however did not work. She couldn't remember where she hid it or even remember she hid it. She would constantly get tanned while waiting outside the house for her dead husband to get home and open it for her. She would sit in the concrete waiting for something to happen, some people would give her looks, neighbors would help her break in her own house, it got to a point where there was no need for a key, she broke the glass so that she could pull the lock off the door. She died… alone in this house. Merlin would visit her often, but that didn't keep her from killing herself. I was willing to live with her, we did so for a few days, but she would get paranoiac, she could not remember who I was or why I was living with her. Mamia often spoke about Braulio, her husband, he dad died a few years ago, she would cook for him and say he left early or that he got home way too late for me to notice, or even for her to notice. I would take his lunch and eat it so that she could still believe he ate it, I would even say he left a note, she could not read anymore, or even see well. I was told not to do that, but I couldn't help it, it was heartbreaking.

I walked into her small corridor and looked for the key that she had hidden. It was there as she told me, under the big and rounded one. As I opened the door I felt Rosette's arms surround me from the back. She could hardly reach my neck with her mouth, but she licked as far as she could. Her breathing was violently strong.

_I missed you..._ her voice was breaking, her eyes were tearing up.

With my hands i cleaned her tears. I admit I was looking forward to this the moment I stepped off the van in front of her house. With my sleeve I dried her tears. My hands reached her lower half. With my tongue I moved from her lips to her collar bone. She was vibrating while I took off her shirt. I could not see beyond her moans. We were to be "one" once again. I lifted my hand and introduced my fingers in her mouth. With my ring and middle finger wet, I was ready to penetrate her.
