Chapter 3: Chapter 3 - Unexpected Event.
Princess Ophelia told them to check their status. Then, the students started to fall in-line using their respective heights.
One of the students touched the crystal ball. The ball shines brightly but not to the extent that will let you cover your eyes. Then the projector showed at the top of the person.

Michael Steel is a young man with average build and height. He has short, spiked black hair and eyes.
Michael usually wears his school uniform. He has also been considered attractive by some people. At first, he was a little disappointed because his grades only reached A, not like the princess. Michael thought he was a cheat because, mostly to what he has read in mangas, people that got summoned will have some privileges or a head start.
The princess encouraged him.
"Wow! A four-star hero! And he is still the first one. I wonder how strong the others are." The princess smiled at Michael, then glared at Zed.
Almost ten minutes have passed, most of the students were four stars, and others were three. But the princess told them every one is born in this world will only have a single star, and the talented ones will be two. Ophelia was an exception because she is guided and groomed well. With better training facilities, she has an advantage when it comes to training and alike.
They almost finished the status checking except for Zed and Mya, and finally, it was her turn. Thou they aligned using their heights. Zed told them to make her and Mya take the last turn.
Finally, it was Mya's turn.
"Go, and don't worry. I'm here to help you if something goes wrong." Zed smiled and assured her. She nodded and paced towards the crystal ball.
When she touched the crystal ball, there was only a small flashing light reaction. Then her status showed up.

Mya's eyes opened widely because of her weak status and the Title. Does Summoning drag her? What kind of claim is that?
The atmosphere went silent, then the massive castle door opened again, and this time it was a man with a long white beard wearing a priest robe.
The princess was shocked to who have come. Then she talked in an agitated tone.
"Good morning High-Priest Gifartus. Can I help you something?"
The priest did not look at the princess. Instead, he was looking at Mya's status and smiled like a devil.
"How lucky we are right now! A great sacrifice to buff our heroes!" Then the priest laughed like a maniac.
Zed frowned when he heard those words. But before taking action, Zed decided to listen more and apologize to his mind saying.
`Stay there, for now, Mya, please endure for a while`.
While Zed was observing, Ophelia's voice raised while using her body to cover Mya.
"We have a deal High Priest that no one will become a sacrifice! We need every hero as much as possible no matter their star is!"
Then the high priest stared at her.
"Is she a hero?"
The high priest asked Ophelia, but she can't answer that question. The High priest was right, Mya was not a hero, and everyone saw it.
Ophelia's mouth opened, but no words were coming out from it.
"I'm sorry, I can't do anything about this." The reason why Ophelia can't do anything because, in this world, the church has a higher status than royalty.
The church provides the different types of magic equipment chanted by the priests. The material chanted by the priests will be given to stronger soldier while the others are used as pawns or meat shields.
The world they are in is fucked up. The three rival Factions are stronger than the Human Faction, so they don't have any choice but to do everything even they need to sacrifice people.
Princess Ophelia slowly walked away, and this time Miss Sylvia and a few female students want to protect Mya but the guards that escorted the priest known as Holy soldiers were stronger than them for now.
Using a forceful method, they pushed the heroes they `summoned` some fell, and a few were apprehended.
The princess only looks down. She can't do anything about it, and she felt guilty because she told them they would not harm the heroes.
The High priest tapped the ground by using his staff, and a magic circle appeared at the centre of the castle hall.
The moment the guards approached Mya, they heard a person mumbling some unrecognized language.
"Telum Ignis. [Fire bolt]"
A streak of bolt covered by fire hit two of the guards that wanted to grab Mya's arm. The guards flew a small distance away. If Zed tried to kill them, they would die in a second.
They looked at the direction where the projectile came from and saw Zed pointing his index finger towards the unconscious guards. Then he looked at the magic circle that the High-Priest chanted.
"Evanescet. [Dissapear]"
The magic circle vanished in a flash the moment he mumbled those words. The priest was shocked. He was using a high-level spell, but Zed made it disappear in an instant.
"As I said lately." He looked at the High-Priest and the Holy guards. Then he frowned while saying.
"If you try to hurt one of my classmates, especially Mya. No one will come out from this castle hall alive." Then an immense pressure hit the Holy Guards and the High Priest.
They were almost kneeling in-front of Zed.
"Why can you use magic immediately? It doesn't exist in your world, and in our estimations, most of you will learn magic in half a month. Even the princess knows that!" The High-Priest yelled and gritted his teeth, and he still manages to talk even though he was struggling already.
What made the High-Priest shock the most are his level high, and even the Holy Guards with him were high levelled people. But, the newcomer out powered them by mumbling a few words? What is happening?
Then Zed approached the struggling people, he crouched to meet their eyes and said,
"Not all can be calculated accurately. Even the future can be change."
"You know what will happen if you harm a member from the church? A heavy punishment you hear me?" The High-Priest glared at him not wanting to be defeated.
Zed sighed and answered him.
"To be honest, I can kill you right now if I want to, but I still need to find a way to return home with my classmates, so it's useless for now. And also heavy punishment, you say? Sorry, I`m not from this world remember?"
