Chapter 11: Chapter 10
Jen couldn't help but smile as she looked at Alex. Alex laid there pretending to sleep in the chair right next to Jenny. He couldn't help it but slightly smile at the fact that they were together now.
He hated that this was how they saw each other. They hated that they got together while she was in the hospital but he couldn't wait any longer.
Jenny was finally his and he himself was hers. Four years ago, this wouldn't have happened, Alex knew that. Four years ago he didn't stand a chance at ever getting her, at least that's what he thought.
However Jenny thought the other way around. She was so scared to admit she admired him or that she even liked him. She was so scared even if her best friend Cleo knew and supported her.
Downstairs in the hospital cafeteria, Cleo day by the coffee counter waiting for Josh after he invited her. She knew that her brother finally got the courage to ask Jenny out and she couldn't be more thrilled. Well she could be if her long time crush Josh asked her out as well.
Josh walked into the cafeteria. He immediately spotted Cleo's blond almost red hair from where he stood at the door. He walked over to her with his head held high. Cleo turned around and saw josh, while she was smiling. She couldn't help but smile as she saw him. Josh looked at her and felt the edge. To take her by the hand and kiss her.
Josh shakes his head. He didn't want to fall in love. He knew he liked Cleo but he thought that she was only to good for him. That he wasn't enough for him.
Josh took the seat right in front of Cleo.
"Cleo" josh said as her name rolled off the tip of his tongue.
"Hey" Cleo said putting the cup to her lips. Cleo was nervous but at the same time she wasn't. This was Josh. The fact that she's known him for years doesn't change that fact.
"I'd like to talk to you about something" Josh
