I have no problem with the translation, but I think there's a lot of missing chapters. (the smut scenes, i think). feel like I skipped an important informations. I like how daring the female lead is, and just turn deaf everytime someone throws mud at her. But she knows how to retaliate and be smart. She could also lower her pride which is great. The male lead however, is quite annoying to me. He's ruthless and he humiliated the female lead a lot of times already, BUT yes BUT, he's a tsundere and he'll do anything for the female lead (even buying the events and buildings she's going to work on), he's also shameless, lmao. The antagonists will also make you mad. hOW TO SLAP SOMEONE THROUGH INTERNET AYY-

Initially, she sold herself to him but why force your self on her because you want to own her? I am not sure what the author wants us to feel. I donโt care how loving he became after but the reality is that victims are never whole. Webnovel needs to stop with these rapy novels. Enough!
Portylogy said it well in her review, but I'll add to it. There are so many flaws with this novel so if it gets picked... I'll lose my faith in humanity. This is literally a bottom of the barrel romance novel. twilight is a better love story than this. Read ahead for my advanced review plus some spoilers (although its predictable enough I'm not really spoiling anything) Not only is this translation missing all the smexy scenes that we read romance novels for, but its riddled with so many plot holes it's ridiculous. Lets start from the very beginning, where the FL is a model who has been framed for the murder of her father by evil stepmother & evil step-sis (or half-sister, they don't really explain any of that). The media then proceeds to sell this narrative with no evidence or police arrest made, just the words of the stepfamily who clearly have more motive to murder the dad. Another plothole is that the stepfamily has ties to the hospital and could just off the father so he never reveals the truth so they can keep his fortune and company, but instead they decide to play tricks and force the FL to pay for the hospital equipment so that hospital will keep treating her father. Which doesn't make sense right!!! That doesnt even sound remotely legal and also seems like something a hospital wouldn't risk doing since their reputation is at stake. Also, why isnt the media crowing on the fact that the stepsis acts like she cares for the dad but is not paying a penny for his treatment!! Okay so onto the analysis of the "Romance" with the ML Firstly why do these novels romanticize men with mental illnesses and use it as an excuse for why the FL is treated badly? The ML here is a complete asshole caricature of a cold ceo who seems bipolar and very unlikeable. the novel skips over their meeting completely and starts with the FL (who has no money apparently) going to the ML's company and giving 2 million to repay him for sleeping with her (which makes no sense what's the point in this?). She later acts like she can't recoginze him although she remembered him well enough to know where his company is... the novel then glosses over all the important dialogue between the FL and ML so that every chapter you feel confused about what is happening and what you missed (and dont worry you missed nothing, those parts were just cut out with the smexy scenes -_- ). The story is also strange in that it is very formulaic; FL goes somewhere -> step sis happens to be there ->something confrontational happens ->ML shows up ->problem is solved ->ML has a bad/abusive attitude ->coituis occurs (but the translator doesn't include it) ->FL worried about hospital money and her job (not sure how her runway modeling career even works bc the author doesn't seem to understand that the FL should be accepting money for gigs instead of being prideful ) and the cycle repeats. Overall i give it a -3 stars, but my review will appear higher because I don't want it deleted lol. I just want everyone to know how crap it is so they don't waste their time and/or vote for it. Let it sink into the depths of the abyss and let worthy novels take its place. *drops mic*
Sorry, don't recommend this book. The first chapter was so amazing, I thought we were getting a kick ass FL. But then we were introduced to the ML, who is just all kinds of tsundere. He's so egotistical and really treats the FL like crap. Also, was the cut off scene in chapter 8 consensual or not?? This was not enjoyable.
Tbh I just read this because of the childcare, their kiddo seems cute in the summary. I know this is chinese and their ML are always a sc*m and too r*pey gosh, they had unequal relationship. MC is pitiful as fudge(-_-;) She has no choice but to use her body for revenge. She has lots of enemies and ML rarely supports her. This pissed me off. He get jelly so fast and he forced her to do "that" thing The amount of verbal abuse from the ML is also sad and the MC has no choice but to take it. Taken as a prostitute not only by her enemies but also by ML, MC is just really miserable. ML also threatens her a lot. Even when they're in a supposed to be 'mutual relationship', MC rarely gets her benefits. It's mostly ML who does the taking and threatening and forcing. Typical chinese novel powerful rich ML ceo behavior. But im used on reading these kind of romance in chinese lol Normally, I'd also detest this type of MC who is always helpless, I like those badass MC more lol but damn, she tries, man. She doesn't give up. Too bad wherever she goes, she meets her enemies. They'll probably give the ML a sad background story to make up for his behavior as usual, then we will pity him and stuff so yeah I'm dropping this but damn, I sure hope MC won't ever fall in love with this guy which is only a wishful thinking since its obvious she'll end up with this dude. Hope she doesn't forget what she's going through in the hands of the ML and no matter how much the ML grovels in the future (he prob won't but sure hope he does), she should never forget the humiliation she went through but yeah, if you like that kind of story then you could try to read this. As for the translation, well it was fine for me although there seems to be a missing chapters/scenes to be exact

It just seems there is a lot missing from the narrative . The writer could Add more and possibly spruce it up a bit. The name Or i mean the title is good.

So good! Each chapter makes me want to keep reading. So interesting and the art is well made.............. I do t see a problem with the translation quality.
