Chapter 3: A Marriage Proposal
Ellie got out of the cab and looked at the mansion in front of her. She was the heiress of the Brook Enterprise but was not interested in joining business so her title was transferred to her younger brother Elton.
She rang the bell. The butler opened the door and was enlightened to see her. After all she has stepped into this mansion after seven years.
The butler Ronald exclaimed, ''After a long time young lady.''
'' Why I shouldn't come to meet my parents?'' she asked sarcastically.
'' Oh no my lady I didnt mean that. This is your house and I am a mere servant.''
''Don't you ever say that Ronald. You are also a part of this family. '' shouted Ellie's father.
''Oh my princess!! After so long time. Missed your daddy?''
'' I missed you a lot Dad.'' Ellie embraced her father.
''Oh daddy why are you crying? I'll not go anywhere anymore.''
''Oh baby!!'' Ellie's mother hugged her.'' I missed u baby.''
'' Even me mom.''
''Come Inside or else my darling will catch cold.''

''Oh mom, London was amazing. I loved that place.''
'' But look at you darling, you have lost a lot of weight.''
''No mom. I look fine.''
'' Fine. Now let's get serious.'' Her father said.
'' Oh shut up Richard. Our daughter has just come home. Don't start the topic now. Let her rest.''
''What topic mom?''
''Oh it's nothing baby. Just go upstairs and rest.''
'' No I want to talk about it now. What is it that you all are hiding from me?''
''I have a Marriage Proposal for you.''
