Chapter 4: 7th Floor Guy

'W-when did this man come here? Why didn't I feel it?'
He wasn't looking at me. His chin was resting on his right hand while his elbow rested on the table. He was wearing a maroon polo shirt and faded blue pants.
My eyes widened even more when he faced me and stared into my eyes. I suddenly became conscious and swallowed hard.
"You," I said and swallowed again. His face was still like that, no reaction. "So what I saw last time was true! It's you! The one who jumped at 7th---" I stopped speaking when he suddenly stood up and walked away...

I couldn't move as I register in my brain who that man was. H-he was the man who jumped from the 7th floor!

*Van? I can't join you for lunch.* I read Kim's text and I replied *okay'*
I just pocketed my cellphone and walked to the canteen. This canteen is a convenience store built inside the university.
There is something like this here, so you don't have to go out to buy something. There are also school supplies, snacks and ready-to-eat foods. I'm always here because this place doesn't have a lot of customers so I prefer here than the cafeteria.
When I went inside, I was stunned for a moment because I saw him drinking hot coffee even the atmosphere's so hot in noon. I noticed him immediately because there was no one else there but him. He looks rich, why is he here? I know he can afford the expensive coffee in cafeteria.
He looked at me and I immediately looked away, looking left and right as if looking for something to find. What am I doing?

I looked over at him to confirm if he was still looking at me.
I saw that he was still staring, not at me but at my back. I was curious so I was about to turn around when someone spoke behind me.
"Found you, bitch!"
I felt goosebumps and my knees suddenly trembled when I heard the woman's shrill voice. I know whose voice that is. It's Justine!

I looked at him, the man who jumped from the 7th floor, that's still drinking coffee. Our eyes met before I faced the Elites. It was as if my own soul escaped me when Jax and others just arrived. His black eyes seemed to tickle my soul with his gaze.

While they were dragging me to wherever they were going to take me, the students who saw me were looking at me. Many grumbled and others smirked. The others are laughing, the others are even telling me something like 'it's good for you', ha. you're mad' and so on.
What happened before will gonna happen again! I want to wake up to see if this is just a dream!. I don't want it to happen again. I thought that was over but it wasn't!
I want to forget all that but it's hard!
If I try hard to forget something, I can't because it will gonna happen again. They will give me another memory that is hard to forget!
When they dragged me, I suddenly tripped and fell down. Clent laughed at me, "Where not there yet, you limped!"
"Don't make it hard to us! Tsk!" Kei said and kicked me in the leg. The pain is so bad, do they have no mercy? Of course, as before, they don't seem to be doing anything. They trampled on myself!
Reid, the man who hasn't tortured me, stood me up and held my arm even tighter. "I already told you to leave! Jax won't leave you alone whenever he sees you!" he angrily whispered to me.
