Great novel, highly recommended. Interesting cultivation system based literally around the heart. Even alchemy is done in the heart. MC is a world class cardiologist who transfers worlds, great in that he doesn't instantly lose his modern world sensibilities and at least in the first 60 chapters tries to stick to them and his oaths as a doctor. Really interesting.
Got the reincarnation, the outcast protag with an *incredible* hidden talent, the cute little sister, the *great* secondary profession, the idiotic canon fodder, the various grades of growth, the hidden family secret.

Don't be fooled by the people giving this 5 stars and talking about how good this is, this is generic MC is an idot he'll get pussy wipped before 100 chaps. Don't waste your time on this generic ****.
if you are fine with the cliche generic novel this is for you this is not my cup of tea the mc is an idiot i wonder how become a doctor it needs a lot of brain power, so many complicated things to learn so even if he was not smart he should still be able to think normally yet he did not even understand his family or clan before taking actions ooohhh i need to be a heart something something oooooohhhh someone tried to kill me but i still continue buying herbs not even asking help from his super powerful grandpa which other “feared”(yet they still dare to kill his grandson) others might think it is good but for me its so so
The Main Character... Is horrendously stupid, to the point where he'd surely heal someone who caused a genocide just because 'they were his patient' because MC is el famoso 'doctor who follows his principle' healing every injured people... Wait did I mention he actually tried to heal (maybe he did heal him) a mass murderer because MC followed EL FAMOSO 'PRINCIPLES'. Aaaah yes. Those principles. I wonder if MC would heal someone that killed their entire family just because of the 'principles'

The character design is flawed. The MC is one of the best doctors and a modern man, but he agreed to a deal without even assessing the situation first as soon as he heard the salary. Very naive for a genius doctor. Childish behavior is another problem with the character design. He doesn't act or think like an educated doctor at all.
Story was great. Could of gone into more detail of li's background. And the background of the guy his soul went into.

I discovered this novel last month browsing through the new releases and I have read all the chapters available. I can't wait to read the next chapters: the story is original, the characters are awesome and the background is really interesting. I recommend this original novel to all the fans of isekai, reincarnation, martial arts and cultivation.
What to say god I fell in love with this novel, a pity that they do not give importance to translate, and webnovel values more silly novels than this type of entertaining works 😔😒😖😞😢😭😧😩🤯😠🥺

Really loved this novel... I wish they release it too Can anyone tell me if it is being dropped? They removed it from trial list... so I am sad Pls tell .....
Well although cliche troupes are used this novel is well done. MC transmigrates into a sick MC who died. Coincidently, MC is specialist in that area and cures himself. Dead parents, relatives after you, talented sister, caring grandfather, arrogant young masters, MC bullied for being trash and what not you will see. But MC is not rash, he is low key, knows how to behave, how to live and how to advance. Worth a try.

I rarely write a review (probably never), but I have to do it this time because this is one of the best quality novel I have read and I think it deserves to get support and a continuation. Not many novels get my attention as most is generic. For example, mc get powerful and slaughter people left and right and is mostly almost about brawl and no brains and arrogant. But this novel is different from what I have read so far. MC is humble (very rare) and is highly intelligent. He even treats servants respectful because he has virtues ingrained in him from his past life in Earth. Every human is equal.🤝 I hope, his belief don't change. Although he do kill, if he gets offended. This novel need more chapters to judge, but so far it gets a 10/10 from me👍
