Chapter 3: a demon and an angel

once apon a time, there was a demon and an angel. they met each other on earth, they fell in love almost instantly. they were exact opposits, yet they fascinated each other. their love was strong and persistent, untill their superiors were involved. at first the angel listened to them, letting them come in between their love, leaving the demon feeling empty and alone, but their love persisted. then they pulled the angel away, but when he fought back they punished him, leaving the demon alone to suffer, but their love persisted. finally they went too far, they made the demon cry, with no one to lean on. they made the angel sick, dying, with no one to take care of him. their love... couldnt persist... the demon killed herself, she couldnt go on without him, so she didnt go on... in hell she confronted her father, as punishment for loving an angel she was forced to live through the moment for the rest of eternity. he was so close, but she could do nothing... the demon mourned, and never stopped mourning... the angel... well, he moved on... he met someone else... he gave no thought that his former girlfriend had killed herself... when the demon found out, she raged for weeks... she wanted nothing more than to hold him again, and be happy, so thats what she did... the demon defied her father and walked right up to the delusion he created for her tourture, and she held him close... her hell was never that the angel was out of reach, it was that he would leave her if something happened between them... later the angel died and was thrust into hell as well. his hell was the same as the demon's, except that she cared as much as he did... not at all... the demon managed to turn her hell into everything she had ever wanted, while he sat, and watched, and suffered... her love persisted, while his... did not...
