Chapter 4: Steve
Alex POV
"How about that?" Ander pointed at a tulip on a window, Kyaaa!! I can just see the ears and tail on his cute body, "That's a tulip Ander" I said, he hummed and nodded his eyes started looking for new things he hadn't seen.
Before he could ask he bumped into another person making both of them fall over, "Oh my Notch are you both okay?" worried I asked them both, reaching out my hand for them to grab hold. Ander obviously took my hand ofcourse he needs me afterall.
Wait a minute now that I think about it Ander has been holding me for quite some time now right? As I was thinking I didn't hear Ander talk to the boy.
Ander's POV
"Hello sorry about that my name is Ander an Enderman defect nice to meet you" I and the boy shook hands, "No it's not a problem! My name is Steve Nice to meet you Ander!" The boy now known as Steve smiled, he then turned towards Alex while motioning me to look at her.
"Is she always like that?" Steve asked, not having spent much time with her I shook my head, "I don't know but she was the one who freed me and the other endermen from the end and also gave me back my teleporting power"
Steve nodded, he looked at her with curiosity, "So a typical good minecraftian huh?" I tilted my head confused, I didn't know what a 'minecraftian' is at all. Is it some type of food? I pulled his sleeve making him look at me.
"What's a minecraftian?" Steve realized that I didn't know anything, scratching his cheeks he said, "Forgot you didn't know anything well a minecraftian is what we humans call ourselves. This universe's name is called Minecraft made by Notch and his brother Herobrine."
I knew who Herobrine is as he was told to us by an elder enderman back at the end but who is notch? "Who's Notch?" He then answered, "He is the Elder Brother of Herobrine and also the creator of almost everything in this world, apart from the end that was ruled by the ender dragon until she freed you and the nether the home of Herobrine and the mobs that what you know created the hostile mobs."
I listened to his detailed explanation of the overworld. Turns out that they are what are classified as 'NPC' while the majority of the humans here are called 'Players'. The Players have many categories namely Griefers, Builders, Redstoners, Modders, and the Tubers. They are people who seem to come back to life in what they call 'Spawnpoint'.
They are essentially immortal but the downside of it is that they will drop everything they have on where they died last time. And It seems that Players are the adventurous ones and never afraid of death.
The NPCs use them as item gatherers, Map makers, guards, and forgers, "And that's basically it I think but if I have new information on them I'll tell ya" Said Steve, I nodded and waved him goodbye. Watching his figure skip way until it was out of sight I turned to the dazed Alex beside me.
"Alex?" I said, She didn't respond, "Alex?" I said again with my voice raised a little, She still didn't respond so I did the most logical thing to do
POW!!!!
I punched her, she seem to have snapped out of her daze as she looked around. Noticing that it was almost nightfall she looked at the pouting me, "So what did I miss?" Alex said scratching her head, I glanced at her and crossed my arms, "Hmph!"
I turned away from her, she ignored me so I will ignore her. She got up and tried to talk to me, "Ander can you look at me?" she said while trying to get a view of my face. I turned away from her again, "I'm sorry for not hearing your calls so can you look at me" Her aura turned a bit gloomy as she tried to make me look at her.
I did falter a bit but quickly recovered, noticing me falter a bit she had an idea, "Hmm it seems that I will eat the DELICIOUS CHICKEN I caught ALONE" She said as she took out a cooked chicken from her inventory.
It's fragrance caught my nose, salivating a bit my body inched closer to her on it's own. Food~ my mind clouded with it's smell I pounched on the chicken making Alex fall with me.
I took the chicken from her hand and ate it, Waahh~ sho guud~. My taste buds were in heaven who wpuld have thought that food here is good! Alex watched me eat with a grin the aura of victory showered her.
"I have more of that in my inventory~" She said, my head snapped over to her as I kneeled down in from of her begging her to give me more, "Do you want more~" I nodded as saliva came down from my mouth like a water fall.
Looking at my reaction she gave me the chicken and hugged me from behind not that I mind. Her hand rubbing my head as she cooed at my small body. Oh yeah forgot to mention I was shorter than her... :P
"You're too cute Ander" She said, the people around us looked at our display as the men looked at me with pity while the women had stars in their eyes. I waved at them innocently and went back to eating.
"Kyaaa!!! So cute I want to keep him!" A girl in diamond armour said, "I know right? But it seems that someone already got him first tch" Another girl in a floral dress said.
"Wait a minute that's an enderman right?" An observant boy said, "Yeah it is!!! But it does not look like the enderman we know a defect perhaps" A villager in robes said, before we knew it we gathered everyone's attention Alex saw this and decided it was time to go, "Ander can you teleport us to the gate?" She whispered to me as I nodded.
Setting some particles free I pictured the gate we came from and then we disappeared leaving the particles behind.
