Chapter 410: Chapter 410/54: Learning About This Weird World

Explaining the reason why Kaido was inside her room throughout all of her fans in her stream used up about half an hour at most, nevertheless that very night itself ended abruptly with both sides letting up the topic and backing down at their own accord, due to that Lilia was truly grateful towards her fans for their understanding of that weird situation
With everything temporarily solved, the whole weekend had gone by in a flash with both Lilia and Kaido doing their own thing at their own pace
While Lilia mostly lock herself up inside her room for the whole weekend, mostly doing stuff such as gaming, streaming, and sleeping, Kaido on the other hand moved out towards another room as he submerged himself in his own studies of this world
Seeing this sight which was fully contrast to the two, both Lilia's aunt and uncle couldn't help but imagine as Kaido the studious nephew of theirs and Lilia as their lazy bummed niece of theirs, nevertheless both of them were genius at their own rights in their own field, after all they once did heard how both Kaido and Lilia argued one time during a meal regarding a branch of science-thingy stuff that they don't understand at all
With the whole weekend gone just like that, both Kaido and Lilia did gain something throughout those two days, for one Lilia somehow regained the stability of her stream, while Kaido had somehow learned some language that this world knows, all in all the language was quite the same from his own world but was also different in other aspects, nevertheless given the time he had, he was able to comprehend such language that he never knew existed
It was like he was a new born baby learning his first steps
At the very first day of the weekdays, Kaido naturally heard Lilia rushing down from her room as she quickly took some bread on the dining table before calling out to her aunt and uncle as she left the door of her home
"Hey guys! I'm going out now!"
"Take care of yourself out there Lilia!" called out her aunt
"Watch out for cars on the street!" called out her uncle
"Sure thing! love you guys!!!" replied Lilia as she ran out
Seeing that short greeting between Lilia and her only family, Kaido couldn't help but be bitter at that very moment as he somehow missed his own family, after all to cut all loose ends for the organization to track him down, Kaido literally cuts ties with his family after obtaining some stable financial support
With a swift decision, Kaido then quietly ran out of the house, which was somehow noticed too late by Lilia's aunt, causing her to somehow reach out in the air

Running up on the streets towards her university, Lilia naturally used such method of transportation due to the sense that her university wasn't that far but also wasn't that near to her house, with that concept running on her two legs was much more financially stable for her than spending money to ride a vehicle over
As she ran on the sidewalk, across the street, along the corners, she naturally caught the attention of some people on the way, causing all of them to inavertedly look her way. but since she was moving quite fast , it didn't take too long for Lilia to actually escape their sight
Soon after quite some time, Lilia then finally arrived before the gates of her university while panting for breath as she literally just ran from her home towards her destination
Of course this somehow earned the ire of some students of the university who were quite disgusted at her sweating face, but since Lilia is quite attractive even for someone who is sweaty, those particular students naturally had nothing to say or complain rudely towards her
But with that reason, they somehow unconsciously moved away from her
But that only lasted for a few single moments as everyone suddenly stared shock on their feet as they suddenly saw someone else approaching the sweaty girl from behind, what's more that person was quite attractive in its own way
An all black attire with a perfect body build for someone who is slight athletic, followed by how her looks, everyone was naturally stunned by Kaiso's looks and the only person oblivious to his presence was none other than Lilia herself
In fact she only noticed his presence when Kaido actually reached out to her from behind, causing her to suddenly jump back in fright
"Hey!"
"Ah! Kaido? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at home" asks Lilia
"Well yeah! but i get bored easily, thus i followed you" replied Kaido
"Followed me? you were able to follow me at that kind of speed without me noticing? what are you some kind of a stalker?" retorted back Lilia
"Don't underestimate me bob! the way I remember I literally thrashed you at that very particular night" said Kaido
"Thrashed me? that was combat! not speed test!" replied Lilia
"Still the same" insisted Kaido\
Upon seeing that Kaido wouldn't listen to her at all and insist his side of the story, which was actually true to a sense, Lilia then had no choice but to give in as she release a mouthful of breath through a sigh and went ahead of him towards the academy
"You know what? I had no time to argue with you at all! If you want to follow me then come, but if you don't then sayonara"
As she said those words, Lilia then ran away from the scene as she went inside

At that very exact time, everyone in the class including professor Haywin were somehow stunned silent as they all landed their gaze towards Lilia's seatmate, coincidentally this was the first time professor Haywin saw such person and was somehow surprised to see him in his class
Aside from him one particular person Shawn himself who was somehow paying close attention to Lilia himself was also quite shocked to see an attractive all black suited guy actually sitting right next to Lilia herself, heck he doesn't even know the guy, but since the two girls with him Kate and Myne were actually quite struck shocked to see the guy besides Lilia, he was then quite sure that the person was quite attractive in the eyes of the girls in the class
Nevertheless that didn't stop Professor Haywin to asks about Kaido himself, and with a slight cough to clear his throat he then proceeded to ask about Kaido's presence in his Literature class
"Ahemm!!! May I ask who is that person beside you miss Evergreen? Based on my memory he doesn't belong on my class"
Hearing Professor Haywin's question, Lilia then proceeded to answer
"Um... this is my friend from another city prof, he just wanted to see the curriculum of my university and compare it to his university back in his city... so you guys can say that he will be like an observer"
"So he will compare the etiquette of two universities curriculum? then I should better make myself look good then... plus with this major issue, shouldn't you inform the principal about this first rather than coming here unannounced"
With that Lilia then had no idea how to answer his question, when suddenly Kaido held her back and answered in her place
"I think its pretty much more convenient if I suddenly visits the university right? after all you boast that the university is a top notch and high class in it itself, meaning you should have no fear at all in terms of surprise visit right, since you guys are always well prepared... but if you want me to tell this to the principal first to prepare yourself for this visit, doesn't that mean that you guys are only prepared and proper if you guys are told to? That doesn't seem like true to your words and mission of the university as you claim it is"
Hearing Kaido's challenging tone, Professor Haywin crossed his arms across his chest as he finds this situation amusing
"Is that supposed to intimidate me? In fact I have no qualms at all in terms of surprise visits, since there are many odd professors out there that like surprises itself"
"True, its in the human's nature after all...but shall I take that you'll accept my presence within your class?" asks Kaido
"Do whatever you want! after all we had no rules prohibiting students from other class to come to my class" said Professor Haywin as he somehow allowed Kaido to join the class after that simple short exchange of words
Upon seeing the exchange between the professor and the new guy, everyone in the class couldn't help but somehow be amazed at Kaido's bravery to confront a professor, causing all of them to suddenly comment on that particular exchange

"I've gotta admit! That guy got balls of steel"
"Don't forget his smart mouth, he actually talk it out to the professor despite being a student himself"
"Your right! Hot damn"
(Girls side)
"Just who is that guy? He looks cool"
"I believe the girl beside him is called Lilia?"
"Where did she find such a guy?"
As the murmur of the class got louder as time pass by, Professor Haywin cough roughly to catch all of their attention as he begun the class
Meanwhile Lilia herself was still quite shocked by Kaido's calm attitude towards the situation as she simply watched him sat back down and somehow smiled her way as if stating that it was just a piece of cake to talk it out
On the other hand due to that short exchange between Lilia and Kaido, Shawn himself could help but glare towards Kaido for some unknown reason, nevertheless the class still started
"First of all does anyone knows the relation of Literature in writing your thesis?" asks Professor Haywin
"..."
"Well whether you like it or not, since you lot has a literature subject, you would then have to write your own thesis one of this days"
Upon hearing the professor's words, everyone naturally groaned in disappointment as they all realized their grim future

Now's the time to show your stuff and let everyone see how much of a successful English literature nerd you've turned out to be. If you can do it yourself, you've proved yourself worthy of that snazzy degree they're about to hand you in a couple months. Of course if you've made it to this point, there's no way you're not worthy"
As Professor Haywin continued to talk right in front of the class, Kaido then suddenly realized Lilia's bored expression as he somehow laughed at her attitude

After awhile in the literature class of Professor Haywin, both Kaido and Lilia silently walked out of the room as everyone's eyes had for some reason glued to their silhoutte as they leave
Along the hallway while every student were for some reason glancing at Kaido's way due to him being a looker and an outsider at the same time, Lilia on the other hand gave out a sigh as she normally converse with Kaido as she normally would back at her home
"So I presume you learned something? After all you did follow me in my university with the reason to learn something new right? Was it worth it?" Asks Lilia
"Not much! After all Literature is not my forte" answered Kaido
"Isnt that kinda harsh? I'm pretty sure that professor Haywin gave it his all just to impress you with his teaching routine, you should atleast respect that right?" Insisted Lilia
"Just like I said... Literature is not my forte..." replied Kaido
"... I see... anyway... after my next class, your free to atleast wander around the campus or even go to the library, after all the library might hold something to your interest" suggested Lilia
"That is true... for source materials, Libraries are the number one recommendation" agreed by Kaido
"Right..."
"By the way... whats your next class?" Asks Kaido
"Well I'm planning to head over towards Professor Shella's lecture, after all she is teaching about the relation of Quantum physics towards the distorted space that is happening around the dungeons... maybe if I join the class, I might understand more about the dungeon itself" answered Lilia
"Quantum physics eh? Sounds interesting..." muttered Kaido as she followed Lilia towards her next class
Soon after quite awhile both Kaido and Lilia had arrived at the class of Professor Shella as the person herself was in the middle of the lecture towards the whole class, naturally due to their entrance the whole class attention was split towards them as they somehowrecognized Lilia but doesn't recognized the person right next to her
In that moment numerous voices rung out in the area, presumably the teasing voices of the people around her
"Oh wow! A beauty besides a good looking lad... Hey Lilia is that your boyfriend? Hahahaha"
"Oh shit! Lilia had a boyfriend... I'm hurt, I stand no chance at all if her boyfriend is that handsome"
"Bro your not that even that good looking, shut up!"
"Burn!!!! Hahahahaha"
As the boys were joking around, the girls on the other hand started to gossip between themselves, as some particular and recognizable group of girls gave seat towards Lilia
However their was only one reserved seat, putting Lilia in quite a weird situation, since if she took the seat Kaido would literally be left behind to stand
Unfortunately before she could even complain, Kaido pressed unto her shoulders as he made her sit unto the chair as he sat unto the floor beside her
Seeing such a gentlemanly way of how Kaido gave up seating on the chair and lend it to Lilia, the whole class once again erupted in shrieks, particularly from the girl's as they found this situation as cute and lovely
On the other hand the boys just jeers at Kaido as they somehow felt envy by this situation
However despite this happening for about a few minutes which disrupted the whole class, Professor Shella onthe other hand stayed composed infront a of them as she coughed out loud and proceeded to lecture everyone
With that cough, the whole class once again went back to the lecture
"Putting that slight disruption of my lecture aside, I'm stating that I haven't found anything new for this past weekend about the dungeon itself... due to that my research about them came into a dead end forcing me to restart my research about them from scratch... with that I plan to tackle everything what we have learned so far starting from the very definition of Quantum space"
