Chapter 3: Mountain Cloud City
After the last bandit dropped to the ground, everyone watching the fight was silent. The guards have an indescribable look in their faces. They watch as the head that had been cut transform into sands and go to the headless body. Just after a few seconds, a complete man was already standing there as if nothing happened to him.
The door of the carriage suddenly opens and Lori came out. His eyes sweep to the guards, and then to the bodies lying to the ground. "Tend the injured and inspect the bodies of these bandits. I believe that this is not an ordinary bandit attack"
The group rest for a while in the area and help the injured guards. Fortunately, no one dies in their group.
"Your Highness Second Prince, I found something in the pocket of the bandit leader" the guard captain after inspecting the dried body of the bandit leader find a letter in its pocket.

A few hours later, the group finally arrived at the Mountain Cloud City. This Mountain Cloud City is built by the kingdom in this area of the mountains to repel the Mountain Barbarians in their attack. Although it is a small city, the value of this city in the kingdom is huge.
In every 10 years, the mountain barbarians that lives in the far north of the mountain would launch their attack at the kingdom. Their purpose was to steal and loot items from the cities they would attack in preparation for the winter. They will need to store food so that they live in the harsh times of winter.
To repel them, the kingdom built this small city. However, this small city is not that simple. This city was filled with soldiers and warriors that will fight against the barbarians in the mountain. One could say that in each ten person living in this city, eight of them were skilled warriors. Aside from that, the city built a tall wall with several towers surrounding the whole city. If the barbarians really attacked, they will be met with a strong resistance from the city.
When Lori and the guards arrived at the mansion, there were already several people waiting for them.
"Your Highness Second Prince!" a large man who was the commander and the acting lord of the city steps forward to greet Lori who went down the carriage.
Following his move, the soldiers who welcome them all saluted and greet Lori for his arrival.
After entering an office, the commander followed and said, "Now that his Highness Second Prince is here, I will no longer be the one responsible for managing the whole city. My name is Allan Mill, the commander of the soldiers in the city. I have complied all the thing that should be reported in that papers Your Highness. It includes the situation in the whole and the events happening around the city"
Looking at the stacks of paper waiting in the desk, Lori felt a headache. He smiles and said, "Thank you for your hard work Commander Allan"
"It is my duty to serve the kingdom Your Highness" after saying that, Allan lowered his head and leaves the office.
When the commander left the office, Crocodile went in and said, "Young Master, one of my subordinates already reported that the others are already on their way in this city. It is estimated that they will arrive by tomorrow noon"
"Then you prepare a location for them to stay in this city" Lori took a badge from his pocket and throws it to Crocodile and said, "Show this to the commander of the soldiers and tell him it is my order"

Left alone, Lori asked the system inside his head, "System, can you now show my the progress of my mission?"

'Another summon from One Piece World, then who is going to appear next. First is Crocodile, I hope it is a stronger character' Lori thought as a bright light flashed in front of him. Then a figure slowly emerged from the light and walks in front of him.
An extremely tall, large, and muscular man with short spiky crimson hair and two symmetric scars on both sides of his face appeared. He has sharp, intense, crimson eyes, highly arched eyebrows, and prominent lower eyelashes under each eye. He wears a massive light ragged scarf that covers his mouth and reaches his shoulders. He also wears a torn leather vest with CHARLOTTE on the back that exposes most of his torso, dark gloves and pants, a belt with a skull-shaped buckle, and spiked boots with spurs. His torso is very defined, having prominent abdominal muscles covered in pink tattoos, and he wears spiked bracelets on his arms as well as knee pads with a single spike on them.
Lori stood in front of the man, and he felt really small. Even if Crocodile is compared to this man, Crocodile would be the smaller one.
