Chapter 1091: Goals

Tycondrius did not want to be shot, if at all possible. 

With his physique, he wouldn't die, but depending on the variables, he could take a nasty bruise. 

He looked up, staring into Gruen Grunnar's glowing-white eyes...

--daring him to act. 

(Tycon's eyes felt like they were burning... but more on a mental level, rather than a physical one.)

"...Stand down, soldier," Grunnar ordered. "These two are.... people."

Tycon smirked at the piss-lizard's impotence. If the lizard army discovered the enemy Commander walking freely among them, their camp would erupt into chaos. 

They could have possibly tried to have him and Natalya captured or killed. However, that was an intimidating prospect. 

Tycon and Natalya were incredibly powerful individuals compared to common soldiers. Also, purposely breaking the ceasefire was contrary to orders established by their leadership.
