Chapter 3: 1.3
During the last few weeks, Min-Li and Bai Lei started hanging out a lot together and met up at the library every other day to study. Bai Lei definitely wasn't named First rank student for nothing. Min-Li could see how the FL got so ahead of the class after becoming friends with Bai Lei.
Taking a sip from his coffee Min-Li looked at the graded paper he just received. The once awful grades now sported nearly perfect scores. Smiling to himself, Min-Li showed his Paper to Bai Lei who was sitting right next to him. Since they became close Min-Li changed his new seat next to Bai Lei.
If you asked most of the surrounding students what they thought of this sight. Most would answer with the sentence "What a pity." In Their Eyes, it was baffling as to why Song Min started paying attention to Bai Lei. Song Min was considered to be a jade-like prince. For a commoner to sit next to such a beauty it would be considered an Eyesore.
The only person besides these two that had a different opinion would be Sun Lei. First, he was suspicious as to Song Min becoming buddy-buddy with Bai Lei. Thinking of how his cousin was previously, made his heartache.
No matter how close he was to Bai Lei, Sun Lei could still sense a distance Bai Lei kept between them. Whether it was out of guilt that Sun Lei was her family's only benefactor may be the reason. Not wanting to be a burden to her cousin that is already doing so much for her mother, made her feel unable to ask for help.
Sun Lei knew what type of school this place was and was worried about how the other students would treat her considering her social status. Plus it didn't help that she asked him to keep their relationship a secret.
Looking towards Bai Lei, Sun Lei couldn't help but feel soft towards his cousin. Looking to the person sitting next to Bai Lei who was currently laughing at what something he said, Sun Lei started to have good feelings towards Song Min.
It seemed like although people didn't like them together, they held themselves back in Song Min's presence. Like no one could do behave badly in his presence.
His peach blossom eyes twinkled and a heavenly smile spread across his face, making Sun Lei heart skip a beat. Staring Unbashfully, Sun Lei noticed a small pink tongue peak out when he laughed at something Bai Lei said. Sun Lei felt a tad bit tight in his pants.
"Teacher, I have a few questions about today's lecture!" Jerked out of his musing, Sun Lei looked to the blushing female student standing to his side. Concealing his irritation, Sun Lei turned to the student and began to answer the questions she had over the lecture.

Min-Li stared at his laptop screen while tapping his index finger on the table. Looking up at Bai lei who was also typing up a storm, Min-li smiled.
Bai Lei is such a nice person that it would be a shame to let her help the FL. If those two became roommates then they are no doubt going to be friends. The next best option would be to prevent them from becoming roommates. Xue Ya is supposed to be coming to this school this week so Min-Li had to move fast.
Opening the systems store Min-Li quietly browsed the store to see if there was anything to aid his quest.
Min-Li needed something that could cause enough long term damage to her room to where she would have to live elsewhere.
Spotting two cards Min-Li smirked and selected a hypnosis and sleep spell card.
after sorting that out, Min-Li hacked into the school database to look for a certain target for his plans. Finding out what he needed Min-Li closed out his webpage and pulled up his midterm paper and began to work on the remainder of the time they spent in the library.
After spending serval hours in the library, Bai Lei's phone buzzed. Looking up from her work Bai Lei fished her phone out of her pocket. Bai Lei's eyes lit up once she saw who texted her. Unlocking her phone, Bai Lei read through her text and nervously glanced at Min-Li across from her. Biting her lip, Bai Lei gave a conflicted look before settling to a slightly more confident attitude.
"Is something the matter?" Min-Li smiled encouragingly.
"Ummm... My cousin invited me out to dinner tomorrow and said I bring a friend. Do you think you would want to go? " Bai Lei said nervously.
"Sure! I'm free tomorrow." Bai Lei smiled happily and sent a text out.
Somewhere elsewhere a man was in the shower when he heard his phone buzz. Turning off the water, He stepped out of the streamy room and grabbed a towel off the rack and wrapped it around his trim but powerful waist. The droplets of water dripped off his blonde hair and traveled down the smooth muscles on his body.
Reaching for his phone, He checked the message that he had been eagerly waiting for. Seeing the response, Sun Lei smirked and chuckled as he closed out of his messaging app to look at the screensaver he had saved. A candid photo of a youth with peach blossom eyes appeared on his screen. A Possessive glint flashed across steel grey eyes.
