Chapter 1: That one day...

Have you ever seen that one kid in the dark corner during school? Well that's me my name is Jonah Dark and this is how I got Super Powers! I know this just sounds like a kid trying to get popular but that isn't what's happening here. It all started when I met my best friend Bradley Light (and yes I am aware of the irony) I always saw him in the playground but he never really hung out with anyone I didn't really talk to him much he only has one class with me but then he started talking to me. I didn't know how to respond but I just asked him if he liked anime I was scared he would think I was weird, but I was so happy when he said he did. Any way your not here for that back to the story me and Brad were walking home on Saturday, suddenly we heard a loud boom and we thought "It was probably just a cat" but we wanted to see either way so we ran over there and we saw a weird looking ship and something was coming out of it. Well usually the "main character" investigates but, were weren't them so we both yelled "NOPE!" and sprinted. The next day we went back to that spot before school and nothing was there so we apologized to the people near that place for the yelling after school. We had a normal day at school except this one sub that was acting really weird. When school was over we went to the site and the grass was all fine, and the rocks were the same, but we looked around some more and saw a burn mark. We both knew that the people around us stayed in doors because of all the wild life and they knew not to start any fires or fireworks. We both went home and slept until twelve, because it was the weekend.
