"Hansung...?"
"I'm called Kim taehyung in this life my byeol."
I stood speechless looking at the disguised face of the most handsome man in the world according to the internet. I had never thought it would be this easy, that he would remember, or that he would find me so quickly.
"how do you.. you remember? but how did you know that I remember?.... and- but... how did you find me here?"
"I remembered you since I was begin to realize what love was, I had dreams about you way before then, almost all of my life. I didnt know they were real until I saw your face in the cafe and every single moment of my life spent with you flashed before me. it was then I know it was all true, that you were my byeol. That you were the girl I denied heavens will for."
"you waited that long for me?"
"I'm sure you waited longer, I'm sorry for making you wait so long."
"its okay." wiping the tears of my tear-streaked face, his soft fingers against my cheek felt so normal to me. Like it was meant to be, like the long break we took didn't ever happen. it was so easy for the both of us to fall into our old pace again. I guess thats what true love means, no matter how physically apart you are, your souls, your heart, your mind will forever be connected.
"you look really ugly crying you know." this jerk, I should have made him wait another 80 years, chet.
"shut up, we met after almost 80 years including this life and the past last life—a thousands of year time skip in between—and that's what you have to say to me?" his face lit up and his mischievous eyes that stared at me with love, asked a question I had not heard in centuries.
"you wanna go on a date with me?" his boxy smile luring me in almost made me lose my sense, almost. the countless years of knowing him however has built up my immunity against his charms.
"your unbelievable, and have you forgotten your a global superstar can you be seen with me in public?"
"No."
"then...?"
"it's called a disguise honey."
"your sarcasm has gotten more annoying over the years I see."

I rolled my eyes at his witty comeback, I pretended to be annoyed on the outside but deep inside I knew I missed this. I missed us being together, him looking at me affectionately. I missed his touch, his sparkly eyes that twinkle with curiosity and wonder, and his deep voice that doesnt seem to match his baby face.
I had almost forgotten the affect he had on me, how his presence alone put me in a daze.
"byeol, byeol?"
"huh- ah sorry."
"what's wrong?"
"nothing, I was just stunned by your beauty." Damm, did not intend to feed his ego.
"oooh, you've gotten more bolder in this life, I love it!"
"come on let's go to my place you cant be seen out here." rolling my eyes I grabbed his hand to push him forward.
"wow your being more proactive then I thought, where's the virtuous and gentle ancient lady gone." his wiggling eyebrows tempted me to smack the back of his head. His personality really has gotten more wierder in the modern world.
"run." I threatened him, sincerely pissed as I was on an empty stomach.
"what?"
"run, you jerk your dead if I catch you!"
