Chapter 4: IGamer’s Guild

James calls Stacy, " Are the intelligence team sure of the address they have given us? ", Stacy," Yes the address is correct it is keshmer, near Pakka Bazar, street no -192, Flat no- E103". James, " So tonight is the night right". Stacy, "You do have the photos of the two boys? "James, " Yes we had all the details send over "
James walks into a conference room, "Incremental- Gamers ( IGamers ) the details for today's mission is on the screen remember it is a stealth mission, and the targets are in day 3 of the incremental game so it should be way easier for us"
James along with his team of three goes to the campus airport and gets into the jet and takes off and lands in keshmer. He then takes an SUV and starts moving towards the address.
The team enters the society as all the guards were not so much concerned about what they were about to do. The team consisted of Sheela, Armaan, Patrick. The SUV was standing in the E wing. Sheela came out of the SUV and went to the guard pretending to ask about an address, as she closed in on the guard she took out the handkerchief soaked in chloroform and placed it on the guard's nose the guard struggled a bit but it was hopeless in front of these IGamers.
Then Armaan stepped on the roof of the car and reached the window of the flat E103, he jumped to stand on the window rack and then increased the temperature of his hand and melted the window and made a small hole to enter inside.
After entering he asked Patrick to enter the flat as well, Patrick climbed into the flat through the recent hole created. Sheela was waiting down to see if there was any trouble.
Armaan gestured Patrick to enter into one room while he entered another, as Armaan Entered the room he was shocked, nobody was in the room then he looked around to realize that the bathroom lights were on. Soon the bathroom lights were out and Armaan was ready with his injection syringe, Mihir comes out of the bathroom, and goes to the bed without realizing that someone else was already in this room. As soon as Mihir went to bed Armaan injected Mihir with the sleeping medicine. And then Armaan carried the body to the hall. Patrick was already waiting for Armaan in the hall carrying Samar in a bag, Patrick had found Samar asleep on his bed and had easily injected Samar. Armaan first went down through the window hole and asked Patrick to pass the sleeping boys through the window too, Patrick passed both boys though the window, and Armaan caught both of them and put them into the SUV, Sheela entered the SUV and then there was a long journey ahead of them.
James was driving the SUV. He drove the SUV out of the society gate and Guards didn't notice anything strange. And then he was headed to his private jet.
James says," Good work team, Armaan good job melting the glass, breaking it would have made unnecessary sound awaking the target and would have alerted the guards."

Mihir wakes up, he opens his eyes slowly. He has a little headache but he ignores it and looks around and realizes he is not in his room.
It was early morning so the sunlight reached the bed through the small window on the left side of the bed. Mihir looked towards the sun, it had a mesmerizing feel about it. Mihir tried to remember what had happened but couldn't remember anything odd, he only remembered sleeping in his flat.
Mihir thought he might have been dreaming so he pinched himself only to find out that he was actually in some other room.
Still, he gets up and looks for a bathroom and finds an attached bathroom in the room. So he rushed to the bathroom.
As he comes out of the bathroom he notices from a clean bathroom that it receives a cleaning on a regular basis. Then Mihir checks out the cupboards in the room. Inside the cupboard he finds some fresh clothes and white furry slippers, he takes out the slippers and wears them, he finds them comfortable but dislikes the thin sole the slippers had.
He walks out of the room to enter a long corridor. He looks towards the ends of the corridor to see exit doors on both ends. The floor of the corridor had carpet laid on it. And there were chandeliers like light hanging from the center of the roof of the corridor every two meters. And the lights were kept on to give the corridor a yellow tinge.
As Mihir walked towards the exit to his left he saw various black and white pictures hung in the wall, some of the pictures were of researchers some were of military personnel some even of weird-looking people. One of those men looked like a bear, while another was only wearing leaves.
Soon Mihir reached the end of the corridor, and he opened the exit door.
On opening the door he finds a buffet full of various kinds of breakfast from oats meal, to South Indian dosas, idli to tea to steak. He was amazed by the buffet. But he was looking for someone to explain to him what had happened.
Everyone in the buffet had casuals on as if it was a buffet at their own home. Mihir reached to a man in the group and asked the stranger, " Sir, do you know where we are, I was just sleeping…. ". Mihir was in the middle of saying something but the stranger cut in," You must be the new IGamer James brought in, Sorry for the trouble but it is all to keep this Guild of ours underground, you will be told what's necessary by your Instructor in the academy, and the morning briefing was assigned to… Shardul. Anyways you should head towards your room and clear things with Shardul. " Mihir, " Thank you, sir, this is Mihir can I ask you your name", the stranger, " yeah they call me general blue here. " With that Mihir started walking back to his room
Mihir was very calm even though something so horrible had happened because he knew from the day he picked the pendant that he was not alone, somebody else must already be having a similar device, and today he found out about it in an odd way.
Mihir reached his room and found Shardul inside waiting for him holding a uniform that looked like a military uniform. Mihir had no time to greet Shardul so he tried to ask some questions but Mihir had loads of questions he wanted to ask," where are we?"," what does this organization do?", "where is the academy?" "and what is taught in the academy?" " How many IGamers are there? " " How did they become IGamers? " For starters. Then Mihir asked only one of the questions, " What is the aim for this academy?". To Mihir's question, Shardul replied, "We train IGamers for possible intergalactic war." After listening to this Mihir was silent for a minute all the questions he had now tripled but Shardul then said "let's go to your friend's room" Samar's room was the room right in front of Mihir's room, Room no B124 while Mihir's room was B114.
Mihir thought he would wait for Samar and then he would ask any more questions he had about the guild. Both Shardul and Mihir knocked on Samar's new room, soon Samar opened the room, and Samar was also having a bit of headache and trouble remembering how he got here too. So he asks Mihir about it, Mihir was also in the dark about it, so he passed on the question to Shardul, to which Shardul said we were all brought in here the same way a sleeping doze and a late-night kidnapping but the good thing now is that your family is safe. And we will look out for them but you both need to develop into an outstanding soldier for Earth.
Samar was told everything that Mihir knew and both Samar and Mihir were ready for the first day of their academy.
