Lou appeared on the right side of Saitama and then he used all his strength to punch his side.
Saitama's eyes followed Lou's movement without any effort, and he didn't even block the incoming fist at all.

That kick actually creates a magnitude 9 earthquake resulting in the earth flipping from the ground, but for Saitama, it's just like a pinch.
Lou who falls in front of him grabs his head and throws up in the air, then charging the thunder energy from his head to his arm he shoots a dragon art.

A drum thick thunder came out from Lou's arm creating a huge head of Dragon roaring straight to Saitama.
