Chapter 5: Meet My New Family (1) {edit}
The government system in the Underworld is the same as the government on Earth during the medieval era. Here, the Devils used the nobility rank.
'I wonder did human mimics devil government system or the devil who mimics human government system long time ago.'
Not only the government system, the devils clothes are the same as in the medieval times. In other words, devils love to dress.. elegantly.
In all honesty, their outfit tastes was horrible. It only made them look like clown if they always wore outfit like that everyday. Because Riser had memory of when he was a human from the modern era, he's afraid if he must wore that fucking elegant outfit to met his new family. It's only family right? Do you have to always dress up neatly, using elegant outfit with many ornaments only to meet your own family in you own family house? Hell no.
Fortunately, the past Riser had great taste of clothing. Even though he had an arrogant attitude like most other High-Class devil, luckily he didn't have bad taste in clothing like them. He was a modern devil from the modern era.
Like in canon, Riser wore burgundy blazer with gold embroidery on the right with matching pants and black dress shoes. Underneath his open blazer is a white dress shirt that is not fully buttoned (just one button short), giving a slight view to his chest. In his closet, there are no clothes from medieval era.
'Such a relief.'
Riser took red shirt and black pant from his closet and then wore them. He lightly frowned after finishing getting dressed. Even this, 'simple,' attire was extremely extravagant and not to his liking.
However, the reflection in the mirror was quite handsome.
'He really is handsome and makes any clothes look good.'
The face really was the final piece to fashion. He looked in the mirror and fixed his sleeves before turning around to use magic to teleport to Phenex castle. Even though he got reincarnated this morning, Noah still have memory and knowledge from past Riser.

The home to the members of the Phenex family is a large castle. The castle's outside layout is comprised of the main building with a tall building in the background, surrounded by multiple towers with flames protruding around and at the top. The front tower has embedded, the phoenix emblem. There are also leafless trees that have tiny flames protruding from the tips. At the entrance is a huge golden statue of a phoenix in the middle of a fountain of fire and at the sides there are poles with small flames coming out on top, and also archway structures similar to an aqueduct that also have flames sprouting at the top.
The interior of the castle has a red color theme blended with matching colors. The entryway has a white, square tile floor with large red tiles to the sides with the phoenix emblem embedded. To the sides of the entryway floor are large gaps with huge flames sprouting out, more poles of fire, and elevated platforms with grass and goblets of fire. Everywhere inside has the clan's signature emblem.
Riser teleported into the dining room. He could see his family sitting there. His father and the current head of the Phenex Clan, Lord Phenex. Next to him was Riser's mother, Lady Phenex, as well as two Riser's big brother, and his little sister. The five devils looked toward Riser.
"You are late again, today."
Riser's gaze turned toward his father who spoke. In canon, Lord Phenex is shown to be very polite. He has also been shown to be a wise father, feeling pleased that Riser lost to Issei as it had taught Riser a lesson on the fact that the Phenex's ability isn't absolute. He is also very humble in comparison as he stated that Issei has his thanks for defeating his son.
Then there were the other four individuals.
His mother, Lady Phenex has a very kind and gentle personalities.
His eldest brother, Ruval Phenex. Ruval Phenex is the next heir of the Phenex Clan. Ruval, like his younger siblings, has blond hair and dark blue eyes. However unlike Riser, he wears proper noble clothing. Fitting to his noble-like appearance, Ruval has a kind and noble personality. He also had been in one of Top 10 Rankers in the Rating Games.
Next is the second son of Lord Phenex and Lady Phenex, Razer Phenex. He was never mentioned in the light novel, or manga, or anime. Even [High School DxD] novel writer, Ichiei Ishibumi never tell about his name. Because I already reincarnated as his brother, my knowledge about this novel increase one point.
'So it's true that Riser's second brother is very famous.'
Razer Phenex was also known as media guy. He was very famous in underworld as if he's the one who control the media.
Even though Riser have two amazing brothers. With one of them is top 10 Rating Games Ranker, and the other is known as Media King. He never shown had inferior complex toward his family. He always proud knowing that he had amazing family member.
And the last is my cute little sister, Ravel Phenex. Ravel is a beautiful young girl with dark blue eyes. She has long blonde hair tied into twintails with large, drill-like curls and blue ribbons keeping them in place. The front of her hair has several bangs hanging over her forehead, with a V-shaped fringe hanging over the bridge of her nose. Her initial outfit consisted of a light purple dress with dark purple accents and a blue bow at the front. At the back, three feather-like extensions mimicking a bird's tail protrude from the dress, which, when combined with her wings of fire, give her a bird-like appearance.
"Take a seat."
"Yes, father."
Riser looked at the feast on the table that did not meet his definition of breakfast and sat down on his seat. He then felt something was odd and lifted his head up.
"Is there something you need to say, father?"
"Have you found suitable candidate for the rest of your evil pieces?"
At this time, Riser's peerage was not completed yet. He still has one bishop and 8 pawns which is still empty.
'Yes, it looks like I still have long time for preparation before canon.'
