"Where am I ?" Regret look around. He saw a hospital room , nurses running around like working bees. His head is in a mess. "Didn't I die ? I clearly felt that robber stab my heart with his knife. I clearly felt that. Why am I alive ? Is this real ? " Regret thought to himself. Then a nurse come in. She said " Oh my god ! you can still awake ?! That is amazing. We thought you would be dead for sure. I am sorry. I didn't mean to rude to you. It just that we all thought you would be dead for sure. Do you remember anything? You were struck by Lighting. That was pretty bad. We even smelled barbecue from you." Regret become confused " didn't I stab to dead? How the hell did I get strike by some goddamn lighting." Regret thought " hmm, I should first get some information." He askes the nurse " Where am I ?".The nurse said " Oh yeah, this is Veronica Hospital. We are in New York. Wait , I will get doctor. To exam your situation. " Regret watched the nurse left the room. After a moment, the nurse come back with a doctor. When he saw the doctor, Regret felt like his head is bombed with nuclear bomb. He thought " Oh my god, this is doctor Strange. A real doctor Strange! I really transmigrated into Marvel world. Regret felt like he is in heaven. Then he thought about Domamu, Thanos, Beyonder and other world destroying level shits his go down into lowest level of world and he even said hi to the one below all.
