Chapter 3
Luna
Taehyung saw Luna walking towards them, he stood up from his seat and walked up to Luna, placed his hand on the small of her back and led her to the couch. He told her to sit down then he brought her a warm cup of tea then sat next to her. Luna thanked him and took a sip from the cup, the warm liquid making her warm inside. She held the cup in her hands, the heat felt good against her cold skin.
She felt nervous for some reason, she didn't know how to start. Taehyung noticed how nervous she looked and rubbed her back, reassuring her that she was in good hands. "It's alright, you can talk when you're ready." Luna felt thankful and she nodded thanking him once again.
Luna thought it over in her head and was ready to speak. "I heard you guys were really skilled and never failed at whatever mission you were sent on. Which is why I wanted to ask for your help." Luna took another sip from her tea, she knew she was going to end up rambling on and on if she didn't stop herself.
"My lady-" Taehyung cut himself off "May I ask, what is your name ?" Of course he already knew her name since he was her guardian angel, but she didn't know that.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Luna apologized, she completely forgot to introduce herself. "My name is Luna and my best friend's name is Allyrah."
Everyone nodded and greeted her. "What do you girls need help with? What happened to Allyrah?" Yoongi asked, leaning closer to Luna.
"I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with Ally, growing up, Ally has always been sick. She's seen many doctors and they don't even know what illness she has. She would recover quickly but then she would be sick again. Just recently, it started getting worse." Luna's voice broke, she could feel herself getting emotional. " I don't know what to do to help her, I've tried everything I could to help her, I'm getting worried for her."
Taehyung rubbed her back as she spoke of her friend. "Which is why I came to find you guys. You guys are my last resort. I heard there is a fountain, it's said that it can cure any illness." She stared at the cup as she spoke, "If there was anyone who could find it, it would be you guys."

After listening to Luna's explanation he looked over to his best friend Yoongi. All color had drained from his face. He was blaming himself. "Around when did you say she got worse," his hoarse voice called out to Luna, almost sounding like a desperate plea to prove him wrong. Taehyung kept his eye on the spirited brunette who had noticed Yoongi's worry and eyed him. Sighing quietly to herself she closed her eyes as she thought about it. "Around 6 months ago," she replied confidently. Yoongi gulped and squeezed his hands into a fist.
Taehyung was suddenly concerned for his friend. That time coincided with their fall from heaven. The men were all silent as they listened and realized for themselves. Taehyung was the one to break the silence. He cleared his throat and rubbed Luna's back once again. "If there is something to find, you can be sure that we will find it. Meanwhile you and Allyrah can stay here so we can keep an eye on you two and ensure your safety," Taehyung told her. Namjoon crossed his arms and shook his head. "They clearly ran away to be here. They were well dressed and proper. They are probably very important ladies who will be missed. One or both of you need to let your families know that you are ok. We don't need someone thinking we kidnapped you and slowing down our investigation," Taehyung heard Namjoon explain.
Taehyung looked over to see Luna's reaction and saw the truth in their leaders' words. Taehyung stood up and stood in front of Luna. "I'm sure they had good reason for doing so. I will make sure the proper people are notified and the girls are not to leave the house. I don't know how they found us...but let's hope no one else knows where to locate us." Namjoon backed down at Taehyung's obvious defense for the girl. It was understandable considering he was her guardian angel after all. Namjoon nodded and mentioned that he better take care of it soon. After that Namjoon got up and went to their library to try and find anything on this mystical fountain.
Taehyung turned around to check on Yoongi but he was no longer in the room. Assuming he had probably returned to Allyrah's side Taehyung turned back around to Luna. Of course he knew exactly who she was, but she didn't know that. "Um Luna...you should write a short letter saying that you are safe and I will have it sent to...wherever you've come from," Tae had almost said the castle but he had managed to catch himself in time. He got her some paper and a pen and set it down on the table in front of her. "Here you go. Write and tell me where to send it…" Taehyung sat down next to her and patiently waited while the others went back to doing their own things.
Allyrah
Allyrah was in and out of consciousness. She thought she saw her guardian angel taking care of her, but didn't think it was possible. Lots of voices came and went while she slept in a daze. She tried to mumble Yoongi's name but she was too weak to do so. After a while she felt her wet clothes be removed and replaced with warm and comfortable clothing. A kiss to her forehead that she knew was from Luna let her drift back off to sleep.
A little while later Allyrah woke up as her fever reduced significantly, but not completely. Her cheeks were still pink with warmth and there was still sweat that someone was continually wiping away from her forehead. Her eyes fluttered open and Yoongi was there staring at her with a concerned look on his face. Allyrah recognized him immediately and blushed a slightly darker shade of pink than she already had on her face. Her hand slowly reached up towards him. He grabbed her hand and held it back down. "Don't push yourself...you're still weak," he closed his eyes for a moment in relief that she was finally awake.
"Yoongi?" she questioned. Yoongi grunted in response not realizing at first that she had called his name. His eyes opened quickly and he looked down at her. There was clear recognition of him on her face. He wasn't sure how, he'd been careful not to reveal himself to her. "Where have you been? I don't dream of you helping me anymore," Allyrah mumbled weakly. Yoongi's eyes widened and he blushed a deep crimson. He forced himself to look away from her in order to hide his face while he tried to gain some composure.
Allyrah pouted when he looked away and didn't answer. "You are my guardian angel….are you not?" she asked quietly. Yoongi turned back to look at her and nodded his head. "I...was. I'm so sorry. This is all my fault. I shouldn't have...I didn't mean to...I didn't know this would happen," he rambled on. Allyrah smiled a little at seeing her normally cool and collected angel a little flustered. She wondered why that was. But what was he talking about? He was her angel? That's right...how was she here? Where were his beautiful white wings?
Unsure of what had transpired but still feeling pity for him, Allyrah reached her hand up and cupped his cheek. Yoongi's eyes widened and he blushed once again. This beautiful and delicate creature somehow seemed to care for him. He didn't understand it but he was grateful. "You'll tell me when the time is right...but why are you here? We were supposed to be finding the bulletproof boy scouts….to help us...Where is Luna?" She was concerned for her friend but if Yoongi was here then her best friend must be ok. She looked up to Yoongi and waited patiently for answers, her hand still cupping his face.
Luna
As Luna explained the situation, Taehyung sat next to her and comforted her by rubbing her back every now and then. She felt the warmth deep within her every time he touched her, it sent shivers down her back. She could feel heat radiating off of him and that somehow comforted her. There was a long pause after Luna mentioned how long it's been since Allyrah's been sick. She wondered what was going on in their heads. Just then Taehyung spoke, breaking the silence. He assured Luna that if they needed to find something, they would be the ones to find it and that it would be safe for both girls to stay there in their home.
Luna felt grateful at everything they were doing for two strangers, they didn't even know them and they offered them a house to stay at while they searched for the fountain. Just then Namjoon spoke, "They clearly ran away to be here." Luna's eyes shot up to Namjoon, it's as if he saw through them and knew they ran away. "One or both of you need to let your families know that you are ok." Luna bit her bottom lip nervously "We don't need someone thinking we kidnapped you and slowing down our investigation." Those words shocked Luna, A million thoughts going through her mind because what he said was in fact true.
Taehyung told Luna to write a letter and offered to send the letter to wherever they came from. He disappeared for a few seconds then returned with a pen and paper. "Here you go. Write and tell me where to send it…" then he sat next to Luna and waited for her to write. Luna felt nervous, she was scared to tell them that the place she came from was in fact from the castle and that she was the princess. What if they refused to help after they found out, what if they take her back to the castle? No, they wouldn't do that. She battled with herself mentally. Although she just met them she knew they were good people. She was also scared of her dad's reaction. She knew he would be relieved to see that she and Allyrah are safe and sound but she knew he would do anything to find her and bring her back home.
Luna took a deep breath and sat on the floor so she could comfortably write the letter. She started off by apologizing first. Then went into detail, writing that she was scared for Allyrah's life and that she was tired of waiting when she could just go out and get someone to help them. She mentioned the bounty hunters but didn't write where they were located. As she got to the end she added "Please don't be mad at Allyrah, it was my idea to leave the castle. We are safe where we are, please don't come searching for us. I'll write letters every now and then if that will make you guys feel better. Please take care, I'll be in touch. Love Luna." She folded the paper, stood up then turned towards Tae. He smiled at her and stood up.
"All finished?" He asked and Luna nodded. Taehyung grabbed an envelope then walked back to Luna and she handed him the paper. He put it in the envelope. "All set." Luna looked up at him nervously, she took a deep breath. Preparing herself to tell him where to send it. For some reason she didn't want the rest of the guys to hear her. What if they started to treat her differently because she's the princess, she didn't want that. So she grabbed Taehyung's hand and pulled him away from the living room and towards the kitchen where no one was around. She stuttered at first, she couldn't quite form the words.
Taehyung brushed her hair away from her face, his hand lingered cupping her left cheek. He seemed to understand why she was nervous and reassured her. "It'll be okay, trust me." Luna nodded and finally told him to deliver it to the castle. "If you go to the gate, there will be a lot of guards. It'll probably be a little hard to deliver it there so you can go to the side entrance where the servant quarters are. There you can give it to a maid named Stella. She will take care of the rest." Stella is the maid who gave her the information on where to find them, Luna trusted her. She wasn't just one of her maids, she was a dearest friend to her. Taehyung nodded his head as he listened to her. Luna was surprised Taehyung didn't react to the fact that she told him she was from the castle. She felt relieved, maybe the others will react the same way. That somewhat made her nerves calm down.
Yoongi
Yoongi felt guilty once he heard that Allyrah had gotten worse around the same time they had fallen. He blamed himself, if they hadn't fallen, he would have been with her, watching over her, protecting her. Yoongi got up as Taehyung was talking to Luna, he wanted to check up on Allyrah. He made his way back to his room with some medicine and warm tea. Yoongi saw Allyrah was still sleeping. She had a light blanket draped over her. She was still sweating, he sat next to her and felt her forehead. Her fever was almost gone, she still felt a bit warm. He sighed and watched her worried.
Allyrah's cheeks flushed pink from the fever. Yoongi went to fill the small bucket with fresh lukewarm water. He wiped the sweat that was dripping from her forehead. Yoongi's hand stilled as he saw Allyrah's eyes open. He was shocked to see the color of her eyes. A dark purple color. He didn't know if he was seeing things. He had to blink a couple of times to see if he was seeing things. All the times he came to help her, he never got up close so he's never seen the color of her eyes. Allyrah's hand slowly reached towards him but Yoongi didn't want her to push herself too hard so he gently grabbed it and held it down. "Don't push yourself...you're still weak."
He closed his eyes, relieved that she was finally awake. "Yoongi?" He heard a sweet voice, he didn't realize it was Allyrah's voice at first so he grunted waiting for the person who called him to speak. But then he opened his eyes and looked at Allyrah. "Where have you been? I don't dream of you helping me anymore." She mumbled weakly, Yoongi's eyes widened and he felt heat rushing to his cheeks, he didn't want Ally to see, so he looked away. "You are my guardian angel….are you not?" Ally asked quietly. Yoongi didn't know if he should lie and act like he didn't know what she was talking about or tell her the truth. He decided on telling her the truth, he couldn't lie to her, especially since he felt guilty, she only got worse because he was no longer there to take care of her. Yoongi turned back to look at Allyrah and nodded his head. "I...was. I'm so sorry. This is all my fault. I shouldn't have...I didn't mean to...I didn't know this would happen," he rambled on feeling guilty. Suddenly Allyrah cupped Yoongi's cheek and the sudden contact made him blush once again.
"You'll tell me when the time is right...but why are you here? We were supposed to be finding the bulletproof boy scouts….to help us...Where is Luna?" She looked concerned for her best friend. She looked up to Yoongi and waited patiently for answers, her hand still cupping his face. Yoongi reached for Ally's hand resting on his cheek and rested it on top of hers, curling his hand around hers. "Luna is fine, she's in the living room with the rest of the members." Ally looked at him confused "This is our house, I'm a member of the Bulletproof Boy Scouts." Ally looked at him shocked. "Luna filled us in on the details and were going to do everything we can to help you guys find this mystical fountain." Yoongi let go of Allyrah's hand and reached for the medicine on the nightstand "So right now, I want you to take this. It'll help reduce your fever." Allyrah took the medicine then took a sip from the tea then thanked him.
