Actually This novel is not a bad or outright ****y , it's just that this novel doesn't have anything new . Some Godking die by betrayal then swears to kill , reincarnated , underestimated , stuck up arrogant young master, face slapping and repeat . Old things in new package , that's your cultivation novel in nutshell.๐๐ Thank me later.

This novel is quite similar to God Emperor. The writing is quite good. The MC is calm and intelligent, not like those MC from other reincarnation novels who unbelievably arrogant and stupid.WWuxia novels is enough if it is decent and this novel is quite decent

This novel is your typical face-slapping novel. They introduce new arrogant and proud characters everytime the previous one was been faceslapped. Concept is quite unoriginal, but why do i rate this 4+ stars? Because they turn this Eastern Fantasy story into a palatable novel that can be enjoyed from what would otherwise be known as a cliche novel. The author (or translator/editor) does a good job with the writing in order to make it enjoyable. Only novel I can think of on here that has achieved an similar effect was King of Gods - which utilizes great writing. Summary: The MC is a godking that has been worshipped by the whole world and was reborn into a young masters body. He is constantly looked down upon but eventually pulls through with his profound knowledge and cultivation methods. Enemies or the lesser friendly equivalent, constantly feel regret for their actions when the MC is unassuming. Really makes you angry when they act like and on the flip side, happy when they get taught a lesson.
Story seems nice but does anybody knows the mtl name of this novel because I can't find out, tbh i just wanna find out if he eventually kills that b*tch who betrayed him

It's honestly generic as hell, I tried going pass the arrogant young master/arrogant people trope but there's to much. I went atmost to chapter 15 good luck if this is you're type of book.
Mc story is absolutely illogic, he is just a fool. Author trying to make some faceslap but its absoluty not mastered. the 2 points come from translation quality and story updating (thatโs also useless)

Happy to see this in the trial read section again. It had better get picked this time! Read this months ago the first time it was added and was disappointed when it didn't get picked. Story is better than many of the ones that were chosen since.

At least by chapter 250, if not earlier, the translation descends into unedited MTL. Inconsistent gendering is the least of it: we are treated to different pinyin referring to the same places and people, different literal translations of the same names, nonsensical phrases, and more. In terms of plot, the MC is the reincarnation of a god, and arrogantly acts like he still is one. Of course he always somehow manages to be appreciated by the more powerful people who could crush him with a finger flick, and they protect him from the other less powerful people who could crush him with a finger flick. Of course, he acts as though he doesnโt need that protection. Not worth getting invested in even if you can overlook the arrogance and plot armor, because the MTL later on makes the novel unreadable.
Love the story but the Author should go back and edit the story. With the amount of times the characters names are mixed up and the genders are wrong most of the time.
I have been enjoying the book so far, unfortunately starting at chapter 61, the writing quality seems to have gotten a lot worse , hope in a few chapters it gets better again , will post a new review if it gets better !
