[Oh, that's a pretty nice skill. It'll be very usefull in a fight. I hope when I level it up I can jump more times.]
Kaine had use his blessing for the first time and the results made him satisfied. This skill was not only usefull in a fight, but also when running, climbing and in other situations.
His belly was now full, so he decided to rest a litle bit.
After he rested, Kaine decided to use his new skill to get used to it. While doing so, he was also training with his dagger to make good use of his time. On his training, he realized that this skill was more versatile than he though.

(It went up for quite a lot. The angels' blessing is pretty good too. It's kinda late to go somewhere now, guess I'll sleep.)
And so he did. Just like the day before, Kaine woke up as sun as the sun rose, and as he did, he went out to hunt.
(Hmm, my stats improved quite a bit. Maybe I should try hunting something stronger this time.)
Kaine took his dagger from where he left it and went out to hunt, even though he still had one rabbit to eat. He decided that if he had too much food he would just leave it where he killed it.
After some time walking he heard a noise.
ROOOAR
[... this guy must be pretty big to let out such a loud roar. Hmm, I'll go look at him and decide there]

With his skill activated, he approached the beast. It looked like a bear, but had many scars on it's body and had red fur. When on four legs, it was 3 meters tall. It was eating a dead wolf, probably killed just now.

(Nice. He is distracted eating, now is my chance.)
Kaine climbed a tree that was beside him and observed the big bear for a little bit. When the bear had just bitten the meat, Kaine jumped and used Air Jump right after. With that, he fell from above and stuck his dagger on the bear's head. The big bear stood up and roared, throwing Kaine a few meters away. It surprised him that even with an attack to the head, he was still alive. But the attack was effective, he could see that the bear was barely alive. His movements were slow and his head was lowered. It looked like he had no strengh left to lift it up.
Seeing that, Kaine ran towards him while trhowing his dagger to distract it. The bear moved its head to avoid the dagger but it got stuck in his shoulder, making him roar in pain. A moment after the dagger hit, Kaine jumped above the bear's head and punched right where his first attack hit. His punch was strong and the bear got knocked down. He strugled a little but died right after.

[Wow, this guy gave me a bunch of exp. It really was much harder than the rabbits so I guess its only fair. And two skills leveled up, that's great. I wonder if they level up faster in fights...]
Indeed, even though Kaine won the fight with not much trouble, the bear was many times stronger than the rabbits. With that, he realized that there was a big difference in strengh between the beats in the forest.
[Oof, this is tiring but i liked it a lot. I should look at my stats.]

[Hahaha, I'm much stronger now. It's really fun to fight to get stronger. And it is even more fun to know I will get skills from this bear. But he is huge, should I just take it to the cave? Hmm but I already have rabbit meat there too... Yeah, I will just take his legs, that should be enough.]
With that said, Kaine cut his four legs and carried it back to the cave. He rosted it just like he did with the rabbit, and since he already had water there, he didn't have to go to the stream.

Since it was kind of late to go hunt again and he had already eaten, Kaine stayed at his cave and practiced magic.
(Okay, I don't know how to do this but it shouldn't be too hard, right? Calm my mind and try to feel my mana. I think this should be the first step.)

(Oh oh, I can feel it. This is so cool!!! Okay okay, calm down me. I have to concentrate. Think of fire, just fire, nothing more.)
At the moment he did, fire appeared on his palm.

As you can see, Kaine was really really excited. So much that he didn't stop training his magic until noon from the next day. When he stopped training and looked outside, Kaine got confused because he though just a few hours had passed. Seeing he was tired, Kaine roasted the rabbit meat and some of the bear's meat that was left and went to sleep. The meat from the enemies he killed hadn't rottened even though a few days had passed, Kaine's assumption was that the mana made it last longer without rotting.
