Chapter 3: Chapter 3 : Ghostly
Today is May 31, 2016 and I am again visiting Lizelle to observe her. My contact lenses automatically send online video stream through Mr. Sealtiel's dimension. What I am always doing is watching her.
Her daily routine is waking up, working and going home. I often watch her sleeping from a distance. She sleeps cutely and soundly.
Honestly, about her personality, she was very talkative, funny, soft-hearted woman and loves eating sweet foods.
There are times when other time traveler sabotages her documents at her laptop. I urgently fix it to avoid trouble. She doubts why the error suddenly gone. She prayed to God and thanked him about the miracle. In my part, I did my job.
I am still a human even if I wear invisible devices, I nightly and every day tries to enter their house inside. I one night walked at the top of their house and it sound loudly. Lizelle, together with her parents went outside to see if there is a burglar. I quickly walked inside their house and there I saw the novel being typed by Lizelle. The title was Freezing Tears. I was shocked because the grammar was not perfect. I could rank it 5 out of 10.
"Why did she become known by this novel if she's not good in English grammar?" I silently said.
While Lizelle was sleeping, I all night fix her wrong phrasing and used of terms.
On the second day, she reads the 24 chapters and was amazed about her perfect English grammar. So she passed it to the online contest and won the 2nd prize.
"I am going to be famous soon in the history!" She shouts inside her room.
I am standing in her door and looking on her funny gestures.
"Oh, this woman was very ambitious." I silently said.
On the next day, I forgot that I sleep on the side of her bed. I stare on her sweet face and her soft black hair. I want to touch it but I know that Sealtiel will get angry on me.
Her eyes just opened and she doesn't see me but she was thinking why the bed looks different.
On her way to work, she was feeling so strange.
"Lizelle, how is your day?" Mae asked while they are walking.
"It feels like someone is following me." Lizelle silently said.
"What do you mean?" Mae asked.
"Nowadays, we think that a ghost is disturbing our house." Lizelle replied to Mae.
I listened to their conversation and their entire topic was about me and I think that I should be more cautious in my actions.
It was another hot night. Lizelle closed all of her windows and even used a thick blanket that covered her.
It took already 3 hours when she was covered. I'm afraid that she might be suffocated. I can feel that she stops breathing some air. So I grabbed her blanket and removed it from her in a slow manner.
"Oh, she is not breathing. I worried so much and she's not still awake."
I used a strange sound and sang that I was her angel. So that she won't be afraid.
She finally opened half of her eyes and saw a blanket covered to my invisible body. She was running out of her breath and wants to shout for help. I opened her windows and her electric fan for a fresh air and then she suddenly sleep without knowing that what happened was true.
Next morning while Lizelle was eating breakfast together with her parents, she suddenly said things about what happened last night to her.
"Father, I think that there is no ghost in the house." Lizelle happily said while chewing a food.
"Of course, it was only an imagination." Her father replied.
"I was saved by my angel last night… I can't breathe but he removes my blanket and opens my window to save me from suffocation. I thanked God for that." Lizelle happily said to them.
"Let us pray together and thanked God for the protection and blessings that we received from him every day." Her mother joyfully said.
From faraway, I smiled while looking to them. I was impressed by their kindness and believing to God. On planet Mars, we don't have God but now, I believe in God because I've seen their strong ways of praising him.
