He held onto his 3 year old sister tightly with one hand, with his gaze sharp and the other hand spread in front of him to stop them from moving closer.

All he recalled was returning from school and now he's here with his sister who just started kindergarten, since the girl is the shy type and barely talk.

She barely eat or respond well to things, but she's healthy. Probably just a timid personality but to Max, she's a pure innocent soul that he cared so much about.

He had grown before his parents had another child, which made him see her more like his child than siblings.

He loved her so much and opening his eyes and seeing her laying beside him motionlessly, it was like his soul had left his body.

He had picked her up and felt her body warm, indicating that she's still breathing.

The room was dark with no source of sunlight detected. Not even a window for an escape route.
