Chapter 3: Awakening in Another World
Somewhere along the vast mountain ranges with beautiful yet dangerous sights, a person could be seen laying dangerously close to a steep cliff as he sleeps, blissfully unaware of the situation that he is currently in.
This person whom looks like he had yet to go through puberty was Reza whom got knocked out by the inexplicable force that transported him away from the realm between the dead and the living.
"Ugh... Where am I this time?"
Reza slowly awoke from his sleep, yet still a bit drowsy. However, when he finally surveyed his surroundings, he was startled awake.
"OH SHIT!"
Reza exlaimed, for he was currently laying only a few meters away from the edge of a cliff. After calming himself down a bit, he then surveyed his surroundings once more as he tried to find a way out of the area. Luckily, he saw a path going towards a wider area wherein he wouldn't need to worry about falling down any cliffs any time soon. As he made his way towards that area, he contemplated over what he experienced before being transported to this strange world.
"Hm... Clearly, this isn't Earth anymore as I've never heard nor seen of such a beautiful place like this even on the internet. Looks like I really did reincarnate to another world."
As he was saying his thoughts out loud, he realized something was strangely different.
"Wait, what happened to my voice?"
He realized that his voice was oddly higher pitched compared to his normal deep voice. And, for some reason, his line of sight was a lot closer to the ground compared to before. Then, he suddenly started to sweat profusely as he ran furiously towards a small lake in the area. When he finally got to the lake, he viewed his reflection on the lake, to which he made a terrifying discovery of his current dilemma.
"WHY HAVE I BECOME YOUNGER!?"
The boy in the reflection seemed to be around 10-12 years old as it was clear from his short and small stature that he had yet to go through puberty.
"Ugh, how the hell did I become younger as well?"
The boy laid down near the lake as his mind was even more confused about his current situation.
"Ha... I guess that if I could reborn in another world, becoming younger shouldn't be that much of a shock to me anymore."
As he was laying down and coming to accept his current situation, he remembered the emotionless voice that talked to him when he was still in the realm between the dead and the living.
"Uh, sir, are you still there?"
[THE FOR HONOR SYSTEM SHALL ALWAYS BE WHEREVER THE HOST IS.]
(From this point onward, I'll officially use the first person perspective of Reza)
Although I had somewhat prepared myself mentally that the voice would respond, I was still a bit shocked.
"You are called the For Honor System?"
[I AM WHATEVER THE HOST CALLS ME TO BE]
"I suppose that I'll just call you System then."
[IF THAT IS WHAT THE HOST DESIRES, THEN I OBEY.]
I then wondered what I should ask the system next as I wanted to uncover the most out of my situation as soon as possible.
"System, why have I become younger?"
[IT IS SO THAT THE HOST SHALL BE GIVEN THE MOST OPTIMIZED AMOUNT OF TIME TO BECOME STRONGER. IF YOUR AGE FROM BEFORE WAS RETAINED, YOU WOULD HAVE MISSED THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME TO TRAIN YOURSELF TO BECOME STRONGER.]
"Ah, I see."
I then thought of another thing to ask the system as I remembered how the systems of protagonists worked from the novels that I read in my previous life.
"System, Do you have some sort of layout or anything? If so, show me."
[AS YOU WISH.]
It then proceeded to bombard me with information in my head.

I took a few minutes to look over all the information present on the layout of the system as something shocking surprised me.
"System, I can't use magic? Why?"

"Why the hell are you calling this disability a feature?"
I sighed as the though of flying throughout the skies, teleporting from one spot to another, and various other magics were taken away from me.
As I was still grieving over the loss of my magic, I heard a grunt that came from the forest nearby the small lake. When I looked over, it was then that I realized that I had no time to relax and lay down on the ground as the green being started to rush towards me.
"Is that... A GOBLIN!?"
