Chapter 284: Ch 276: First Task.
"Ready for the first task Harriet?" Kyra asks
Harriet nods.
"Well, try not to cause to much damage." Kyra says
"Of course, that would upset Luna." Harriet says
All the contenders are gathered around to pull a miniaturized version of the dragon they will be facing from a brown sack.
"Oh, a Chinese fireball." Bagman says when Fleur pulls hers
"I am next I guess," Yuna says as she proceeds to pull out a Hungarian horntail.
Victor pulls a Welsh Green.
Harriet walks up and pulls out a jet black lizard with wings.
"Oh, a Night Fury!" Bagman says surprised he was fairly certain that dragon was not in the bag earlier.
"Fun!" Harriet says with a bright smile.
Yuna looks at Harriet.
"You mom said no casualties." Yuna says
"She said keep the damage to a minimum." Harriet says
Yuna just nods
"Well, I guess I'm first good luck then." Yuna says as she walks out of the tent.

"So, Yuna is going first huh?" Kyra asks sitting with the other headmasters.
"Yes is there any issues with that?" Bagman asks
"Can I get it in writing that if the dragon dies my school does not have to pay for it." Kyra says as she pulls out a contract.
"Uh, sure." Bagman says signing the contract.
"So, what kind of protections do we have to keep the dragon down there?" Kyra asks as she watches them bring out the dragon.
Bagman pales
"Really? nothing? what were to happen if dragon fire were to shoot into the audience?" Kyra asks with genuine concern for the other people not from Koa since Koa students can handle themselves.
After a bit Yuna is called out to fight the Horntail.
the dragon snarles as fire shoots out of its snout.
"Overgrown lizard" Yuna muters as she rushes the dragon and gets engulfed in dragon fire much to the horror of the normal witches and wizards. Since they know nothing about Yuna's monstrous durability as a bear. As a human, she could kill a kracken so as a god, dragon fire is nothing to her.
Suddenly the dragon is launched backward and the flames clear to show a completely unscathed Yuna.
there is a loud crash as part of the wooden arena collapses from the dragon colliding with the spectator stands. Kyra shoots up a 10 as the dragon is currently bleeding out from a massive support log impaling it. There is no doubt that Yuna has won the confrontation as she walks away with the golden egg.
"So, we should probably go check on the students that were in those parts of the stands." Kyra says as the other headmasters get up in a panic.

No one was injured from the stands collapsing because the students from Koa managed to grab the others and dodged the incoming lizard in time since they knew Yuna was likely to bear punch it and would launch it backwards.
"Your students seem very well combat oriented Professor Kyra." Fudge says
"As they should be we are a monster-hunting/combat school not a purely magic school," Kyra says which gets the minister's attention.
"What kind of monsters do you teach your students to hunt?" Karkaroff asks
"Well, we have access to a magical habitat which was abandoned for a long long time, so several species thought extinct roam the land." Kyra says since shes not gonna tell them she can world travel.
"Oh? what kinda species?" Charlie Weasley asks since he just finished talking to the minster about the charges for the death of a dragon.
"Well a good example would be the thunder wyvern the Zinoger even some elder dragons." Kyra says with a shrug
"You expect your students to be able to stand up to an elder dragon!" Dumbledore shouts cause he doesn't think he could fight one of those monsters.
"No, I'm just saying what we have access too, I am aware of a hand full of students which could handle and elder dragon then all of my staff could aswell." Kyra says with a shrug while some one from the ICW pales in the background.

"Fleur was smart and was able to put the dragon to sleep." Kyra says
"I think Krum lost an arm though." Ruby says sitting next to Kyra
"Weiss might beable to help, if not we have Hana who has been looking for an excuse to build one of those automail blueprints we have had in the system for a while." Kyra says
"I wanna thank you for this," Igor says as he goes down to get Krum who no doubt is unconscious being treated by madam Pomfrey right now.
"That was impressive though." Dumbledore says
"Well it was either lose his arm or have to fight a pissed of dragon close range. He took a calculated risk and was able to subdue the dragon. Several of my students would've handled that better." Kyra says
"Dear, don't expect their students to beable to match a Tigrex in combat capability." Ruby says
"They can only handle the Tigrex in their teams and even then I'm fairly certain only 20 teams passed that test." Kyra says
"Well, its Harriets turn." Dumbledore says glancing at Kyra who seems completely unworried.

Meanwhile back in the tent Harriet is sitting on a transfigured bench petting the Night Fury minature in her hand.
"Harriet it's your turn." Sprout says
"Already? did Krum use a suicide tactic or something? that was way too fast." Harriet says
"I cant tell you anything unforuntaly." Sprout says with a smile
"It's fine I'm gonna leave here with another familiar," Harriet says with a smile as she walks out.

Commonnerfer Yay, 1 day before finals start i can pass with a b if I get a 50 on most my finals I don't know why Im so nervous probably doesn't help I'm getting sick for some reason aswell. Once Finals are done Im probably gonna smash out all of my chapters. I have till th end of the book planned so its just a matter of writing it down.
