Chapter 1: prologue/the first encounter
"Wow look at him". And just like that he was coming up the stairs, it made it seem as if the world had stoped completely..and everything started moving in slow motion.Every move was visible even the slightest ones to her.
"wow?". A young women came closer "Your talking bout him?" She pointed in the direction of jalaun.Jania said with a suprised look on Her face "yeahh um... thats my brother"
Julia's face had froze she didnt mean for her to hear or anyone to hear for that matter. "Uhm you werent supposed to hear that."Jania still giggled.As anna gathered her things which included a nike fleece and a costly purse she soon forgot her about her surroundings.
As she headed towards the door she slammed directly into him headbutting his hard chest dropping her things
She was so embarrassed, she wasted no time picking them up.She put her hand over her face pushing past him quickly completely flutterd. On her way out jania yelled "SMOOTH" and smiled soft.She turned looking at Jania and continued to walked down the SAME stairs and out the door.
Julia actually made it out and got pretty far before reaching for her phone and then realizing that she didnt have it on her. [shit i probably droped when i slammed into him] she thought in disbelief.She turned around heading back to the the apartments in search of her phone.
Jania noticed her aproaching from a distance as she came into eyes view.She let out a long hey before showing why her hands were behind he back "did you drop something?" she handed her her phone and said "you dropped this" jania said with a smile.Julia was so relived she thought she'd have to go all the way back inside and face him.She said "thank you" and gladly took the phone from her hand.
"Anytime" *winks*
"Hey really quick, i have a question what were you doing here today."she asked
She didnt understand where that question had came from but still answered.
"I was checking out the apartment i was really thinking of moving in".
"Wow." jania stoped for a moment
she didnt understand or know why someone like her wanted to live here of all places.Especially the people that lived within.
"I was not expecting that".she said to herself
"you seem as suprised as you were before".she replied
"You know we are a little bit different from everyone else,loud,creative,annoying ummm..what people would call misfits Basically.... we're the one big happy bunch of them".she said so choosing her words catefully."So- if you do decide to stay here just know we are not YOUR everyday people we do things our way and our way is very unique and special."
"Ohhhh-kay ill keep that in mind for when im moving in."
"So you pretend like you just didn't hear me wow!!!."
"No i heard". she paused for a moment ."And those are more reasons for why I should stay here."she smiled first but she continued.
"O-okay yea you do you. Im just gonna go..see you around." jania turned around and began to walk away.
"Wait!
the girl screamed annoyed, jania turned. to face her
Whats your name??
She smiled and said "Jania."
Then proceeded to ask "And yours?"
"Its julia."she said a smile beaming across her face when she answered.
"Well julia nice to meet you hope you have a good night and heres some advice,Dont move here....If you do definitely do not get involved in what these people or what "we" do.
Stunned by the words that came out she went on her way back to her apartment and started to think.
She didnt know what she was talking about yet alone what she meant.That night she laid in the bed and replayed that moment again and agian.What did she mean by "were not your everyday people" and what was i not supposed to not get involved with?
